Bgol pham...

bruh you are in my prayers, change your diet and continue to exercise. we should make a thread on protein shakes and creatine usage and the dangers.

Glad you're out dawg and relatively healthy, thanks for all who chimed in with positive and uplifting feedback, that's why I continue to support this board. You're experience and willingness to speak on it along with the positive and enlightening feedback will help others to get focused on health and stay focused, myself included.:yes::yes:

so what did they give you????

after i came out of the hospital i was put on blood pressure meds, i'm still taking them but cut my salt use down/out and my processed foods intake down/out and on the followup visits to the doc the meds dossage also got cut back.

I was given a prescription to control my HBP Licinipril I beieve that's how it's spelled.

Glad you're out bruh...

what is your height and weight and workout schedule like?

Do you plan on altering your diet? Was it recommended?

I'm 6'3 and 239 My workout regiment is 5 days a week with a mixture of cardio and weightlifting. My lifting is more towards leaning and burning fat. My nutrition is very well I've eliminated my salt and sodium intake completely about 5 years ago, eat fried food maybe twice a year, very rarely eat fast foods and all other foods that could increase my HBP. I can say my sodium intake on a daily basis is less than 500mg.
