It looks Lewis will have 5 championships this year tied with Juan Manuel Fangio, do you think CAC will let him surpass Michael Schumacher's 7 total championship wins?
Good questions. Toto Wolff forever has some words of sympathy for Vettel and we know having a German champion in a German team would be a dream for Mercedes marketing. I think if Lewis decides to retire after 2020, Vettel would be in a Mercedes seat ASAP. Right now, he's good money but come contract negotiation time they might do him like Schumacher and give him boot.

Good point, but we are a Tweeter driver society who has the most followers equates to popularity and sponsors. Mercedes Benz today sell more sub 50,000 dollar cars than ever before can it be the popularity of Hamilton driving a Merc power F1 to the younger market? Would the Silver Arrow take that chance?

Vettel Q2nd 3 place grid penalty which means he's starting 4th and Bottas is moved up to 3rd. If Bottas can get the jump on Rai at the start and let Rai and Vettel battle it out it would be a sure fire win for Hamilton and Mercedes.

Damn, Daniel better hope Renault all-new engine next year is the shit cause if Honda delivers, he'll be kicking himself for years.
