well, strength of schedule should have MORE influence in the final say-so. that means that you schedule good or average teams NOW-with the hopes that they'll remain consistent and good while you play them.
for example, instead of scheduling kent state, akron, etc., schedule south carolina, va tech, and miss. state from the SEC.
they (media) wants osu in the title game. let's hope they show up and at least compete this time.

an ohio state fan that actually makes some sense. i don't agree with usc, but i do agree that osu does NOT belong there. usc only played 2 teams with winning records. osu had one of the weakest SOS in the country.
lsu vs ou vs va tech vs osu in a 4 team playoff. fuck it.
let's hope they show-up this year.
most popular bumper sticker in the SEC following last year's slaughter.

you mufuckas better play a decent game this year.
i blame y'all for NOT playing anyone out of conference.
i blame y'all for NOT voting for a playoff system. (see the big 10 commish).
i blame y'all for NOT having to play a conf. championship game.
i laugh at y'all for making up excuses like, "we were off too long between games" when you get hammered in a bowl.
i blame y'all for doing this shit year-in/year-out.
i blame y'all for making big 10 football seem like a fucking joke in last year's national title game and in the rose bowl.
that shit was horrible. the two top teams got embarrassed royally.
