Felicity Smoak’s time on Arrow is coming to an end. Emily Bett Rickards announced she’s leaving the show at the end of this season. You can see her post below via Instagram.
The CW announced earlier this month that Arrow would be ending after next year, giving it eight seasons on the air. The series is airing its current season Mondays on The CW.

This makes no type of sense.
Something big happening behind the scenes at the CW
All these recent departures?
Cancellations?
Something is off.
CW Stars are delusional - they think the fame from these shows will propel them into stardom. I like Emily Betts Rickard but i don't see a great actress or even star power when I see her.
People whisper into their ear that they are bigger than they are and then nothing happens and they are doing Comic Cons around the country for chump change. I have my theories on what happened but at the the end of the day I hope I am wrong about her and she has a huge career but the pattern has not shown that to be the case.

Its related to the #MeToo situation in the Arrowverse and Andrew Kriesberg was forced to leave. Marc Guggenheim the showrunner of Arrow said that you should condemn all me and this was a not a time for reverse sexism. EBR said a harsh remark aimed at him and basically Greg Berlanti - so Marc Guggenheim was moved out and Beth Schwartz in but Berlanti remains the head of the Arrowverse and memories are not short in Hollywood. I think he basically kicked her to the curb, she used to be #2 on the call sheet ut she is probably 5 or 6 now.

Guggenheim was responding to a tweet from Conan O’Brien that said, “I’m ready for the all-female reboot of America.” Guggenheim, apparently taking O’Brien’s tweet literally, objected that “reverse sexism” isn’t the answer. Rickards tweeted that men who complain about reverse sexism are “weak and complicit.”

This is,why I have a huge problem with the MeToo movement. While,I think men who sexually assault women should be thrown in jail,how can you condemn all men..Especially, when most men agree with that point.
I've said,this many times,all this TimesUp and MeToo movement is about is white women trying to get the same power as white men,so they can practice their racism on a larger scale.
White women wanna act like they their history are clean....
