Though she’s currently busy defending all of time from the evil demon Mallus, Legends of Tomorrow’s Caity Lotz will still have time to return to Star City for Arrow’s season six finale.
There are no details on how or why Sara will come back to town, but a safe bet is on something to do with Black Siren masquerading as her sister.

Legends of Tomorrow is set to wrap up its third season on Monday, April 9 at 8 pm in Guest Starring John Noble, which features the final battle with Mallus and Grodd attacking a young Barack Obama.
The series also recently announced that should it return for a season four, Matt Ryan as John Constantine will become a series regular.
Arrow will air its season six finale Thursday, May 17 at 9 pm.

Diggle obsession with the hood is very troublesome.
Ragman is coming back but they haven't announced which episode he's in...I have a feeling,he's going to be in a couple of episodes and won't be seen again or they're going to kill the character off..Hell,I wish they bring back Huntress. All,we got was a stupid mention of her earlier in the season.
This why they have been on such a sour run...

It would have made MORE sense to have Ragman, Nessa and Huntress etc assist during this season
instead of 2 sec of the Flash.
