They seem so enthusiastic and full of life this season, there is a renewed energy and it is REALLY got that comic book action they damn near helped create.

that whole hockey scene was JUST so Ollie could slide on the ice :lol: and I am completely cool with that.

They making jokes again balancing out the humor action violence drama and comic book stuff never going to MUCH into one direction.

And less screen time but more EFFICIENT and impactful scenes.


A couple of hiccups

but I think that is because half way thru they realized they were a little TOO ENTHUSIASTIC and couldn't handle all this plates spinning...

I wish they could have though...

I feel like they could have worked out a way to balance Vigilante Ragman Thea and a possible Talia return.

maybe lessen the flashbacks.

I like how they did something similar to BvS

and used a criticism of the first season with Arrow just KILLING villains left and right and now he has to PAY for that.

Cause we all can't act like we don't know that Oliver misunderstood the list and wasn't SUPPOSED to go and kill all those people.

Arrow damn near did a homage to SAW in that cell scene.

BUT

that whole sarin gas thing was so much bullshit...the gas canister in the van

they SHOOTING at it!!!!

then Dolph makes a PERFECT shot and hits ONLY one?!?!

but the concentrated gas DISSIPATES??!?!?! enough that some can guy can hop right NEXT to it and another person can drive?!?!?

and I'm torn on how they did Vigilante....if you gonna sully the name of a cult favorite character like that...better be for a good reason.

I assume Vigilante is the REAL Adrian Chase and is gonna help Oliver find his way, because obviously Vigilante would LOVE how OG Green Arrow was just out here killing folks.

and the writers recently came out and had to address the OBVIOUS chemistry between Diggle and
Canary...

they said she was just NATURALLY like that as an actress :lol:

and there are NO plans to hook them up...

they f*cking up cause that would be GREAT tension for next season.

those 2 years were because of backdooring episodes to 1st introduce the flash and the following year legends of tomorrow. great season. last season for the full season flashback. dolph is going to come back to kill oliver.

That sarin gas shit made no sense at all,but I did like that fight between Dolph and Oliver that shit was good...

You can see Dolph's stunt double during the fight....lol

It went downhill after they killed everybody from the Suicide Squad,they should of kept them.They failed miserable on the Felicity/Oliver relationship,especially,how Felicity got angry at Oliver over the dumbest shit. Like,why Oliver sent him child to another city without consulting her and getting angry,why he kept things from her,after telling her mother there must of been a reason,why Quentin didn't tell her things....made no fucking sense at all...lol

but he is a MAN I wanted him to be a guide mentor...make sure she doesn't make the same mistakes the other have made

and Leila just gets CONCERNED...

it would be fun interesting and add a little energy to all involved.

I like it when all these moving parts get going

keeps the show interesting.

and I would love to see a "training" scene with Diggle wife and the Canary

or even an ALL ladies Birds of Prey episode with THAT tension in the air.

that felicity/oliver shit was garbage. the shit with suicide squad was a warner bros move. they feared fans might confused the tv characters with the film ones. thats why they started killing them off. now that geff johns is in the kevin fiege position , he's like its cools for certain villians to come back.

I realize Arrow has NOT been able to do relationship/sex well (neither has legends)

but Flash got one of the best love stories on TV albeit a soap opera,

Fitz & Simmons got the best love story HANDS down on TV.

but I think that IS necessary...(of course only if you can pull it off)

but Laurel and Ollie DID have tension and it worked to a degree...

It never worked right with White Canary for some reason.

But I think Diggle is the only one in the cast I think can pull it off and make it work...again it would be a NORMAL occurrence

fighting almost dying together making them close

it can and should be really platonic, they form a bond and trust each other, he is more of a mentor like he is for EVERYONE..

There really isn't a male female tag team like that on TV right now.

and it would also give Lyla something to DO....and like I said it would lead to a great bit of tension jealously insecurity AND suffering.

Life is suffering, NO comic book works without suffering and angst.

But its also BALANCE

That is why DC movies fail they always lean too much ONE WAY.

There was suffering and pain and emotion and angst in Civil War

(and sexual tension between Black Widow and Black Panther, intentional or not)

but also joy and light.

I think that situation can bring some REAL emotions including humor and friendship and joy.

Hell @largebillsonlyplease could knock out a Birds of Prey meets Arrow all girl script in 14 days.

He is up there with the early seasons of Gotham's Penguin and Joker, Ward on SHIELD, Cottonmouth, Purple Man and Fisk on Daredevil

he has already become ICONIC...that last scene driving away?

How they make Prometheus more menacing and chilling on TV...the movies could learn a lot!

but where in the f*ck is the REAL Vigilante?

And they messing up the Thea character.
