TV in general is not a good measure for Black hairstyles until probably some time in the 2000’s. You gotta remember those were probably CAC stylists on set who couldn’t fade if their life depended on that shit. Especially with kids. Yeah that's what I thought. Maybe I should have clarified in the original post. I wanted to know when it "became the norm" for all black Male haircuts REQUIRED a line up afterwards. In 2019 if your cut doesn't have a line at the end it's trash/undone.
