Apple Keynote & iPhone X

What happened?
He was talking about the button less feature and how just looking at the phone turns it on and unlocks it. He looks at the phone and it does nothing. He tried again and it was like type in your password. He quickly switched to a back up

“The phones can be unlocked by the face of a sleeping person, or even just by a photo,” an industry watcher said. “For now, the facial recognition technology is only intended for fun. It should not be considered as a foolproof security measure.”

Oled screen huh. It'll look nice

I see a lot of Sammy sheep are in here barking just like the Apple sheep.

Fuck both those phones

Man nothing new at all:

What is this, a picture of five outdated and no longer supported operating systems?

epic fail by samsung

No I'm not joking. Facial recognition to unlock? I also specified no physical home button along with that facial recognition.

All they did was reverse the process you have to go thru on the Android, with Android u push the home button first and then use facial recognition to get to the homescreen, on this IPhone you use facial recognition first then you swipe up to go to the homescreen

Hold up. Nothing about this is easy. Come on people just a little common sense:

To do it, Jan "Starbug" Krissler simply used the night mode setting on a Sony digital camera to capture an image of his buddy's eyes. (Using night mode or removing a camera's infrared filter makes it easier to capture the iris pattern details in people with dark eyes.) Then, using a Samsung printer, he printed out a life-size image of one eye and glued a contact lens to the picture to provide depth. Sure enough, the Galaxy S8 iris scanner didn't know the difference between this art project and the phone owner's actual eye. One second later, the hacker had gained full access to the phone, including Samsung Pay.

Dudes are posting the use of infrared cameras and special printers and saying its easy to trich the iris scanner. If you going that far then you'll also make a copy of someone's fingerprint and use that.

Yall get way to serious with this shit. No one wants to see the creep shots you took of your neighbor that badly.

:roflmao::roflmao: So it's different but the same shit...:smh::roflmao:

You can have different launchers on your phone. I have TouchWiz shut down and use Nova Launcher on my S7.

Same here. Nova Launcher runs beautifully

So you're disabling the Touchwiz launcher and not the interface that is Touchwiz itself.

Touchwiz (not just the launcher) is resource intensive joke.

I never had the need to install any launcher on my stock Android devices.

Need and want are two different things. My last few devices have been stock android. Prior to that, i had the Edge 6. I never felt i needed to change anything, but just for the fun of it, and because i was ABLE to, i did root, and mess around with different launchers and themes. That's the good thing about android, you can do what you want with YOUR device.

I've had the Nexus 4, Nexus 5, S6 and S7. I've put Nova Launcher on all of them because it gives a huge amount of customization.

I get you're trying to shit on Samsung phones but you need to do a better job of it. Would you like a do over?
