I'm almost all cash right now. Besides my AMC long shot, I only have two open plays ($TWTR and $FCX) for the earnings run up. $FCX earnings is Thursday the 22nd and $TWTR is the 29th. I may do some swing trades here and there if i can get a good entry but plan to chill in cash til after the election. However, I bought some more $O Realty at $59.99 for the long term account just to diversify my bonds with some REITs. Will keep looking for more of that under $60.

GM Hummer event: General Motors (GM) will hold an event to show off the new Hummer, which it calls the world's first supertruck. The automaker says the Hummer EV pickup will feature 1,000 horsepower; 0 to 60 mph acceleration of three seconds; and 11,500 pound-feet of torque. GM is launching a high-profile ad blitz next week to get the word out on the Hummer rebirth to about 80% of U.S. adults across social media and streaming platforms. GM will begin taking reservations and $100 refundable deposits for the vehicle next week, while sales are expected to begin shortly after production starts at a Detroit factory next fall. "It will be interesting to see if Hummer loyalists will make the leap from the brand’s traditional gasoline drivetrains to an all-new, all-electric vehicle," says iSeeCars analyst Karl Brauer. The company says its Detroit-Hamtramck Assembly Center will be reconfigured to an all-electric vehicle assembly plant to be known as Factory ZERO. In regard to the big picture out of Detroit, the Hummer is expected to be the first vehicle to showcase GM's next-generation electric vehicle platform and batteries under the $20B plan to shift to electric and autonomous vehicles through 2025.

General Thoughts?

Me i bought (spg )simon property group.. i like dividends more as well as growth Its trading like 64$ dividend payout 5.20$ jus sharing
Will compare the two. Both have dividends. I thought $SPG had a lot of casinos etc. I like that most of $O is recession proof retail. The movie theaters is their tough spot but only accounts for like 5%.

Which of his programs did you take? Curious on your review of the program? I’m not big on fundamental analysis but I peep his Trappin’ Tuesdays sometimes. I definitely looked into the $O play based on something I heard on there.

The Wallstreet Trapping course for $497. But i caught the sale on his bday.. Im going to listen to it again i got most of it down.. just on some of the finance i need to sharpen up a bit... do i recommend it.. yeah it u really wanna get the fundamentals of things.. if not then he has a class u can pay like $27 a month where they help each other out give investment advice and stuff u just have to have a fb account. I dnt have fb thats y i didnt join that.. but i also just wanted to know how to pick stuff by myself instead of guessing on price points n stuff.. if i had to pay full price for the course i would have. It does teach you alot.

That has me hesitant on SPG. Price wise it's an amazing discount right now (over 50%) but I don't know if I believe malls just gonna come back like that, if ever. It was on a decline pre-pandemic while O was on an uptrend. I have exposure to both in my ETFs and retirement accounts either way.

I definitely cant argue with that.. im definitely not trying to sell ya on it.. imma just ride it till the wheels fall off... then go to my watch list and see what else is popping.. thats what i enjoy about investing.. there is so much to choose from... short term or long term.. however you wanna ride the boat...

My day trade watchlist for today: $VIRT, $LBRT, $KTB, $CF, $COOP (only if drops under $23.50). $CRSR has been nice, but its in uncharted territory now, don't know where it will go.

Added NIU to the watch. Doubled since 9/28. Pretty high on the standard deviation, so it could pull back. Good candidate for almost a $2 move.

Out of $KTB, hit target early. On to the next.

Took it light today just set up a straddle play on $SNAP earnings. Will look to add more $O tomorrow. It’s sliding and could hit $57. Only thing that has me second guessing buying more $O is Tesla earnings. If there is a negative reaction I want to scoop up a share of Tesla as it comes down. If I can’t get in Tesla I may just go $ARKK instead to make sure I have some exposure.
