Anyone here have a free to air satellite?/Int'l channels

Folks not from the US who live in the US how do you get your home country channels, without using the internet.

Me and a couple of my peeps had it set up in Florida. It was fucking awesome. You can order the equipment online. I started with a 2 node dish then one of my peeps who works for Hughes satellite helped me set up a 4 node dish. I was getting shows from central and south America.

Ok. How do you switch from watching channels on the free to air satellite and your cable channels? Is there a way to have both work at the same time without having to unhook the other? I meant to ask that in the intro.

Had one when i lived in Canada about 7 years ago. You can get all the channels including porn. Found a forum where they would post new codes evry few months so i had that shit going until i moved. Didn't pay for cable for about a year.

can't you just have them on different inputs. i.e one on HDMI and another on S-Video. If you don't have the inputs look for adapters.

Don't know haven't messed with that shit for years. What box are you using and where do you get the codes?

everyone that i know that had them went on and got pay tv they were beginning to hit the system multiple times a day and it was not worth having anymore. you spent more time reprogramming than actually watching stuff
