My Oculus account will last me until 2023. By that time the Quest will be too old to use.
The problem is, Facebook has a monopoly with wireless VR. Google cardboard, google daydream, Lenovo mirage, etc. don't have the games/apps that Oculus does.
Even worse, I don't see another company stepping in and setting up an entire app store, especially since Google abandoned VR. Microsoft could but.....
Maybe Valve could do a wireless headset.
