i dunno why the fuck ya niggas argue about this..
i just seem some nigga say that this is "a typical Jay album..only 1 or 2 hot tracks" like seriously..either u know nothing bout rap or the niggas discography or you just talking shit right now..i respect a niggas opinion but that just sounds dumb lol..
with that said..nigga is the best rapper alive..hands down..u can argue that other niggas can top him lyrically (insert any underground rapper here)..but them niggas can only put words together and lack the ability to make hot tracks..which is really what this rap business is about..
1) Reasonable Doubt - classic
2) Vol. 1 - attempt at commercialism..caused this one not to be classic..yet was still lyrically on par..
3) Vol. 2 - classic
4) Vol. 3 - can be argued as en ehh album aside from Big Pimpin and Do It Again
5) The Dynasty - good album..nothing to brag about
6) Blueprint - Classic
7) Blueprint 2 - attempt at successfully creating a double disc which i have only seen done successfully by Life After Death in my opion..cut out the filler (which was done through release of 2.1 and u got another classsic)
8) Black Album - Classic
9) Kingdom Come - i dunno why all the hate..i consider it a good album just nothing to brag about
10) American Gangster - im on the fence about giving this a classic rating as of right now..i just feel its got it just too soon for me to say it lol..the arrangement of the disc into acts (intro..rise..and fall) and just the fact that it feels so RD-ish..is just ill to me..Hello Brooklyn is the only one im not really feeling..yet even that i can tolerate..
The nigga has fuckin 5 classics under his belt..
American Gangster is the shit..the only niggas that aint feeling it is the ones that probably dont listen to music and just skim through it..
end this thread right here..
