I just decided to focus on the eBay fuckery. If you look up Maxxx Electronics on the Better Business Bureau website and on consumer review sites, nobody wants to fuck around with Adam. Ninja's whole shit is shaky and fraudulent.
Edit: This BBB is too funny not to post.

Problems with Product/Service
Complaint: 800 dollars was paid to owner for data retrieval and lap top repair .data was never recovered but money was not returned .
Desired Settlement: refund 600 dollars or data as promised.
Business Response:
**** states that they were hired to repair the laptop, they did soldering work on the motherboard and installed a new hard drive, were not hired for any data retrieval. They recommended the consumer to American Recovery in Highland Heights for the data retrieval. **** said he did personally take the hard drive to American Recovery, and he took the payment by credit card and provided the funds to American Recovery because American Recovery apparently doesn't take credit cards. I asked **** if he had a receipt showing this transaction and he said that he does and will send a copy via email. The receipt has the contact info for American Recovery. He said he has already provided this information to the consumer so the consumer can work directly with them. **** said he is currently having his own issues with American Recovery.
BBB's Final Determination: Business offered a resolution. Consumer did not pursue further with BBB and the matter was assumed to be resolved

Complaint: I dropped off my son's psp for repairs in October of last year. I called several times before Christmas to pick it up. The owner said it wasn't ready yet that he was very busy. I wrote him through email and I went to his office and attempted to pick it up about twenty times. I kept being told by his assistant that he would call me.It has now been a year. Finally, he admitted that it must have gotten sold or misplaced. It had several games on it and a 16 gb memory card.In an attempt to make up for his error, the owner gave me an older psp without a battery back and no games. I returned several times to get the battery back and the games that he had promised he would return to me but each time there was a new excuse. He told me to send him the list of games which I did twice. The last time, he did give me a memory card and told me that all of the games were on it. I said I didn't think that the games could fit on such a small card but he told me they could. So I gave it to my nine year old son.
It had pornography on it. No games.
Desired Settlement: I want the psp with the games that I gave him.
Business Response: Response from company owner Adam Cook. Company has a store policy that 5 days after completion of work, a $2 day late fee is charged. After 60 days, item is considered abandoned. Consumer came in 12/18/11 to have 2 items repaired. Her repaired item was completed 1/3/12. The other item was unrepairable. Customer did not contact company until mid-May 2012. Company said they would have to check to see if items were still there. Company called consumer back & left message that the 1 item could not be repaired was still there and the repaired item had been sold because it was considered abandoned. Consumer came to store in June and company felt sorry and gave her one of their other abandoned units for her son, at no charge. Company claims that afterwards the consumer complained several times that it was the wrong model and was not modified like the original. She also complained that the replacement had adult photos. This spare unit had also been abandoned and they were not aware of the content. Consumer threatened to call the police. Company reminded consumer that she did not return in a timely fashion and never paid for repairs. She owes $30 not counting late fees. Company will not try to collect. They just want consumer to not return and to stop complaining. Company feels consumer's demands are unreasonable. Company has already lost money on this consumer. Company feels she has demanded the world from them and just want her to leave them alone. They were just trying to make her son happy and went above and beyond their policy.
Business Response:
Please note: the sign represents 30 days as far as the time it takes for an item to be considered abandoned. At the time she brought in her equipment. it was a 60 day policy.
Consumer Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *******, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Look we're just going around circles here. I tried to pick up the item within the thirty day time frame but he said that it was not ready. I went to his office and called him on the phone as I was supossed to do. He never called me or wrote me even to tell me that it was ready. I just kept going down there and calling him. Then he said he coudn't find it. I can't pick up something that he can't find. I'm sure that if I take him to court that I will win. However, there is a higher power that will judge this matter. If I can prevent others from being ripped off as we were that might help.
If I could prevent other nine year old children from receiving a memory card full of pornography that would also help. This business should not be in operation.
Regards,
**** ******
BBB's Final Determination: The parties could not provide sufficient information to support their positions nor were they were agreeable to make reasonable efforts toward resolving the issues of the dispute.

Da Con is going on BGOL and loading up porn and leaving it on random PSPs in his store and then giving it to customers!
