the shit is here to stay and the window of advantage is shrinking fast as fuck. i have spent the better part of the last ten years working on shit to help my folk advance under our behind enemy lines ass conditions in this country, and it's constantly reinforced to me that we gotta creep while these lazy bastards sleep. AI in its current/developing state presents REAL ways to level up, and I think we should all be exploiting this shit while we can. while the barriers to entry are (relatively) low, and before everybody that hates us starts coming up with ways to TRY to lock us out. remember when some member on here was talking about bitcoin yeeears ago, then the shit hit and the nigga disappeared? we don't need to miss any more opportunities.
i know most of y'all are using gpt, i suspect mostly as a chatbot/smarter google. i'd like this to be an ongoing thread about AI use where we share shit and hopefully create profitable connections between those of us moving serious.
because i'm a lifelong designer, i started with early image gen (dall-e), then midjourney, mostly to generate assets as the paywalling of good free images started ramping up. then i started with gpt about 3 years back, and have now moved to mostly claude and clode code, with others like gemini and perplexity sprinkled in as needed. but i pay for gpt and claude.
My uses:
gpt - mostly writing tasks, smarter/faster document creation, crafting quality prompts, and now it does really good image gen.
claude - ideation, research synthesis, task/business planning
claude code - building basically any fucking thing
but in a nutshell it creates workflow compression and amplifies output in ways that really hooked the booster cables up to my whole shit.
