49ers

We have wr's that run precision routes and are good with possession and we don't run a possession wr based route system
and that is fucking coaching.

The linebackers can run with every wr we trot out there consistently.

If we actually let ellington play then maybe we'd have an edge.

Quote from Frank Gore's post game interview...
"...Last year in my contract...I really want to hold that trophy..."

Sorry Frank, the coaches & the players let you down this year
But you'll always go down as one of the best RB's in 49ers history... with or without a ring

:(:(:(

Here is what needs to happen:

Mathematically we can still make the playoffs but, you & I know that is not going to happen, with the way this team has been playing
We would HAVE TO win out + hope the Cowboys & Seahawks stumble along the way
We can't even beat the Seahawks at home, so I seriously doubt we will beat them in Seattle
I wont even be mad at us not making the playoffs, if it leads to BIG changes in the offseason

Sooooo going forward:

*Go ahead & shut down Bowman for the season
*Also go ahead & shut down Dorsey too
Just let them both finish rehabbing & rest & get healthy for next season
*Greg Roman is Harbaugh's "BOY", so Roman won't get fired until the end of the season
If Harbaugh won't pull the trigger, then he needs to see the door with Roman
*Bring in a new offensive coordinator
If Harbaugh goes, pay Vic Fangio & the defensive staff pretty much whatever they want to stay... basically
*Lock Kaepernick in the film/study room & throw away the key, & dont let him out until preseason starts

Leading up to the draft:

*We need at least 1 maybe 2 RB's, especially if Gore decides to retire
*Let Crabtree walk
*Let Iupati walk
*Find a future replacement for Boone
*Next year, Brandon Thomas will step in for Iupati
*Draft another guard to take over for Boone
*Draft a good tackle to replace Jonathan Martin & push Anthony Davis
*We need a SPEEDY (and tall) WR to stretch the field & take the top off the defense.
Cant depend on Ellington & can't depend on our coaching staff to develop young WR's, cause they stink at it so far.... Josh Gordon would have been a perfect fit here
*Be prepared for Vernon Davis to hold out next offseason

Edit:
Oh & almost forgot... Our special teams SUCKS
We need to bring in a dynamic returner
And bring in players to help improve our return game

:hmm::hmm::hmm:

Basically we are in rebuilding mode right now.
Rebuild the coaching staff on the offensive side & draft offensive playmakers.

:hmm::hmm::hmm:

This is complete bullshit !!!
Kap had tunnel vision yet again
Not seeing guys who were wide open
Accuracy issues
Holding onto the ball too long, taking sacks instead of throwing it away
Honestly it looks like the game is too fast for Kap b/c some games it seems like he just can't read defenses fast enough, & he can't find the open man

Kap was not the MAIN problem, but again for another game, he was part of the problem
So stop lying

The MAIN problem though in a nutshell is... the coaches gave up on this team weeks ago & the team has given up on the coaches
Like I said before Harbaugh doesnt give a flying fuck anymore
Looked like the coaches (that includes Harbs) made little to no adjustments this week off

Like I said before... there are FOUR MAJOR ISSUES with this Offense... FOUR... IN THIS EXACT ORDER

1) Coaching
2) O-line
3) Kaepernick
4) Slow possession Wr's

Lets get this season over with...
1) Bring in a new coaching staff, but try to keep the coaches on defense though
2) Draft another starting guard & starting tackle
3) Draft a fast, explosive and/or tall playmaking WR
4) Bring in some competition at QB to push Kap
I'm sooo glad the front office gave Kap a performance based contract, instead of a contract like Jay Cutler's

:hmm::hmm::hmm:

I'm with you on this CurtDawg,.Kaep hasn't improve as a QB..it like every game. he's getting worst!!..:smh::smh:..

Also, when we got away from our bead and butter of our offense (power running the ball) and start passing..kaep wasn't ready..:smh::smh:

Our offense is horrible ..Truly Sad!!..:smh::smh:

We haven't been able to run or pass. This line has been shitty the entire season. When we can pass we stop doing it when we can run we stop doing it. I don't know how many times I have to point this out. Gore was averaging 5 yards a carry and this game was close throughout until the end.. why didn't we continue to drive down the field with gore and hyde and then figure it out in the red zone?

Why did we drop back and pass it so much when the line clearly showed it could not protect our QB? Why do we continue to expect him to make a miracle out of a make shift line situation that gives up pressure every week while we expect him to thread the needle with wr's who for the most part aren't faster than linebackers?

We run the wrong offense and it shows every single week. Every week we do the things we shouldn't be doing.
Every time we got the plays called quick we got into a rhythm. So they made sure to make sure that we slowed the game down when uptempo worked and has worked every time we've run it this season.

The whole entire side of the ball is a mess and today the defense didn't show up so it's finally effecting that side too

Aldon smith didn't show up to play today. the pressure was completely 0% and they let the raiders move the ball like they were a championship team that didn't just get completely shut down last week.

Check Kap's interview today. I think you guys will be very happy with what he said.

I saw his interview today.
SURPRISINGLY... FOR A CHANGE...
He actually seemed happy answering questions.
He said he was working on "a happy medium" to make the reporters jobs easier too.
Dude actually smiled! Shocked the hell out of me!

Typically in the past, he always gave those short 1 word answers & always seemed very disinterested in talking with the media.
Hopefully Kap learns a lesson from this season.
I really think he needs to mature a little bit more.
I see him on instagram & twitter, responding to the trolls.
In games he's trash talking other players.
They even have a video on TMZ of Kap talking shit to a Raiders LB, while he was walking to the locker room at half time.

Just worry about yourself Kap!
Stop feeding the trolls.
And take off the stupid beats headphones & backwards cap on your head.
More losses & bad play, means less product endorsements.
He needs to check that ego just a little bit.
Hopefully Kap & the team go out there these last 3 games, & just play loose & have some fun.
Whatever happens, happens!

Well with the raiders player he tried to do that shit all game that's all he has in his life i can't get mad at him talking shit back

and with the beats he gets paid to endorse them so im pretty sure its in his contract he has to wear em.

other than that i agree

main thing i liked is his accountability and him saying he needed to make sure everybody played well as well as he said he needed to focus the frustration when things don't go right into being productive. so hopefully going forward when he gets mad he gets better.

I want jim to stay. Jed York better make it happen. Don't be a fucking idiot good coaches don't just fall off the tree and 4 years is not long enough for a coach to win a super bowl. He's proven he can get shit done keep him and work with him give him the extension.

Otherwise he's going to ruin the franchise and prime of talented players and there will be no going back.

i agree with you CurtDawg, let's finish strong these last three games and see what happen!!..this been a crazy season for us!!

Who's to say Jim doesn't want out though?

I'd love to see him back....cause everyone swears this is his last season here

This right here !!!
Bumpee has it right
It's not about us letting Harbaugh go...
I get the feeling that Harbaugh does not want to stay at all.
He's a journeyman.

On top of that, I think he has lost most of the locker room, on the offensive side of the ball.
The offensive players are just not playing hard for him.
By Jim choosing NOT to fire Roman, he essentially has picked Roman over the good of the team.
Seems like Harbaugh + Roman are a packaged deal, sooooo....

Question to all those that want to keep Harbaugh...
What would you rather have?
BOTH of them (Harbaugh & Roman)
OR NONE of them ???

:hmm::hmm::hmm:

Gore damn near knocked his ownself out
Bobby Wagner just turned around nonchalant like, 'did someone hit me'?

:smh::smh::smh:

If there was ANY doubt
Yea we need to draft some O-linemen pretty high this coming draft
And also... Vernon sucks so bad this year
Dude whiffed multiple times on blocks already today
He can't run, he can't block, he can't catch, he can't do shit
Just ridiculous

:angry::angry::angry:

Yo is Russel Wilson on steroids or something? Because that should have been a touchdown, with like 5 blockers and two guys back one Wilson, Russ got free and disrupted the play even threw Boyland on his ass, injuring him while remaining on his feet.:eek: Plus all those sacks he avoided and was still able to make the throws..
I never seen a small qb do that shit all the time never getting fucked up..

Looked at the play again there were three blockers and only wilson and he fucked up Boyland like a bowling ball knocking him down and the next man, which led to the tackle..:eek:

Russell Wilson has to be the hardest QB in the league to sack

For real man
Wilson could shake & bake, and make you miss inside a phone booth
On top of that, on that Reid interception run back...
Russell Wilson just knocked out Borland
Borland just got straight Debo'd
Everytime we play the Seahawks seems like someone always gets injured

:hmm::hmm::hmm:

Shit may be were taking DEP thats PED backwards, cause how the fuck our guys get injured by a little ass qb and a concussion while blindsiding another player with a hit..:smh:

Am I the only one here yelling at their tv set 'hit that motherfucker!!!' at the top of my lungs..:angry::smh::lol:
