Minus the stupid turnovers by the Cowboys, our pass defense is letting them catch everything at will
Also our run defense is COMPLETE ASS !!!
We can still beat the Cowboys playing like this,
But no way we beat quality teams, playing like this
Not sure if it is rust or communication issues or being out of sync or what

they're running those short routes curt. that's it. we need to make adjustments. that's all there is to it
our run defense needs to be way better i expect more out of the line than this so that is a legit concern.

little to no playing time together man. this is a lot of people's first game ever playing in the nfl
now we need roman to eat the clock with the run and get a td here.
and then come out with the ball in the 2nd half and get a td there.

ill take it with the injuries we always get. we might not have had 11 people healthy on defense if they played extended snaps this preseason.
this possession we need to string together first downs. real plays real runs chew the clock and get a touchdown.
have to be sharp have to keep it up and not shut it down on offense.

No way in hell should we let DeMarco Murray run for over 100 yards..... fuckin DeMarco Murray !!!

2. Willis looked rusty & Wilhoite looked slow as hell.
Can we get Borland some snaps on obvious run plays please
3. Secondary played very average... not bad, but not good either...and that was before Cully went out
Romo made our secondary look better than it was
4. Where the hell was our pass rush
Romo had all day back there to throw the ball !!!
5. Boone & Anthony Davis better be ready to go next game
Cause Looney & Big Softy Martin ain't gonna cut it

im 100% honest about this team.
run defense was bad but i think it was more gelling than anything. they don't know how to play off each other like when the 4 are in there like a machine.
2.willis was rusty that's the point but still made spectacular plays including the int. he'll be in the groove shortly.
3. Nah that's where you're wrong. they had dez bryant and jason whitten and our scheme took them away. it's our scheme and pattern matching that did romo in. also we made the plays.. we made the int's culliver scooped the ball up and ran it in. reid made the hits.. like i said ball hawks. everybody came to play. dallas is an explosive offense and until we started playing prevent defense they weren't doing shit. the only thing we have to do is clean up the penalties.. some were bullshit but we gotta be totally clean..tie goes to the other team we see that by these calls today. you gotta give them credit.
4. 2nd half we got pressure smith had 2 sacks. brooks had a sack.
5. they did good in the 2nd half 1st half was rough but their 1st game out not great but not horrible.

But you have to consider who we faced..... the Cowboys defense & D-line is terrible
We wasn't playing the Rams or the Panthers D-line.... it was the Cowboys !!!
Like I said, once we get Boone & Davis back, we should be good on offense
Once that happens, I think we should be top 10 in both running & passing
We need to play Ian Williams more against Matt Forte
And I rather have Borland starting, unless on obvious passing downs
Hopefully Brock, Cully, & Ward are ready next week

im not arguing against boone and davis not 1 bit. but we should be encouraged that our backups actually started and played a full game and we won.. that's depth.
look at the stats pre- prevent defense.. our secondary shut down dez bryant and jason whitten.. shut em down.
reid was spectacular, only 1 missed tackle
and a whole lot of bullshit calls against us or it wouldn't have even been that close.

and we did good. we just have to tighten up the run defense and i believe activating dial and carradine instead of dobbs and tje will make the difference.

kap was fucking awesome.. got a couple of passes called back or he'd have 300 yards. he spread it around and crab wasn't 100% clearly but he looks for boldin he looked for lloyd got stevie involved hit vernon up.. need to get macdonald in there and best of all NO MILLER.

We always go ultra conservative when we come out the half with a lead. The movement by the players looked as if they were thinking, "coach said don't do much so I'll take it easy." Total BS.
