I eat lots of grains and raw nuts. However, I still do eat meat and always will. I will probably never go beyond 80-90 percent raw.
Thanks for the links. I have actually been on a couple of those sights already but yeah.. I have noticed that since starting the raw food diet the first adjustments I had to make where lowing my consumption of sugary fruits and also incorporating other fruits that are high in protein, etc.

OK but seriously to get your protein and all your nutrients you need to look into sprouting and soaking grains and legumes and nuts
