Nah... Looks are overrated. How often are newly acquire (post-fame/fortune) arm trophy chicks as ride-or-die as Jones' old lady? Not very, if ever.

Jones has a LHW division to clean out. I'm not concerned about a super-match at all between him & Silva, let them defend their belts in their divisions. Dan Henderson said he wants to really test his chin on twitter...

That's why these other athletes and alot of normal people get in trouble. You get some money and snatching up a dime piece that's only there cause you have money and screw over who was with you when you had nothing. At the first sign of trouble that dime will be packed up,gone and shitting on you harder that everybody else. At least Jones has somebody who was there for the climb up and will probably be there on the fall back down if it ever happens.

He got some talent, but til he step into the lands of the giants i hold my horses. Last night machida lost, but he show a lot of the flaws on bones, a guy like silva is gonna be a real nightmare for him, not that he can't beat the dude, but is far from a cakewalk. Let's wait and see.

What flaws? That Jones can get punched like any other fighter eventually? Machida successfully blitzed on Jones closing in with punches, yes, but that eventually led him into Jones' clinch which played into JBJ's strength when it comes to takedowns. Jones took down Lyoto, do you know how hard it's been for anyone to take Lyoto down? Then he dropped him in the stand-up and subbed him...I'm just trying to figure what all these flaws are he showed...?​

I'm wondering how GSP will look upon his return (probably early-2013). Should be interesting to see where he picks up after his last bout being in late-April 2011. Or do they schedule him in at the end of 2012 against the-then interim champ (Condit / Diaz / Ellenberger or whoever the fuck it is then)?

I wonder why Jones did not get a black girlfriend? But anyways he did drop Machida and did not check on him. That does not show class to me. If Jones keep up that he will be the next hit on the KO list cause their somebody out there who can do it.

Also, I told you cats that I never liked Mir. I was glad when Lesnar and Carwin destroyed him. Hopefully some other fighter will beat his ass into retirement.

Am I the only one who saw no problem with what happened? Brock getting in Mir's face after he won was something I had a problem with, not this.

I think the reason he was tired was from clinching with Jones in that second round and it was also that elbow that Jones hit him with when he was on the ground. Machida was never the same after that elbow.

True. He noted his vision was blurred after that, and he tried to hang in there ... but didn't have much left.
