Lita still can get it. I don't know what was up with Uriah out there. I don't know if that's just his fighting style or what but that nigga was fighting Kelvin like he did those other niggas he fought during TOUGH Enough. Uriah even in the loss was the better fighter Kelvin just got more takedowns. And I thought the fight was even through 3 to be honest.

But Uriah's future is bright.....just as long he's not in chill mode like he was tonight.

And even in chill mode he'll win most fights but he's gotta come harder than that. Dude looked after the fight exactly how he looked coming into it.

^ Agreed, Uriah was even smiling after the loss. I'm sure he had his contract in the bag win, lose, or draw prior to last nights finale.

Man i'm disappointed in Uriah. Kind of confirms my suspicions that he may be in his own head sometimes and choke or become too passive. Either that or he bought into his own hype and tried to Be Anderson Silva 2.0..he especially seemed to emulate Anderson vs Bonnar. :smh:

As soon as the fight ended, I was disgusted as shit.

Uriah was a big let down. :smh:

He did not fight a good fight, and like the other poster said, it seems like he was in his own way :smh:

Big ups to Kelvin, even though he will not last in the UFC :smh:

Props to Clint Hester on the KO/TKO via elbow.

Kevin Casey was doing well in the 1st round with those sub' attempts. Doesn't have the cardio or heart (prior kidney ailment/issue in his past too).

Uriah Hall was trying to be Silva Version 2.0 there in the first round or two.

Just finished watching the TUF Finale and that decision was bullshit but Hall has no one to blame but himself. He clearly had it all over that kid but bullshitted way too much in the first round and in too many spots in the third (which I felt he still won). He'll be a force in the division but he needed this humbling. Gastelum will probably have a nice run but he doesn't have great conditioning and that will kill him against elite guys.
That women's fight was brutal.

Upgrade - General consensus is that Kelvin will be moving down to 170lbs (an even tougher all-around division than 185). General discussion and speculation regarding same, and Mike Dolce has noted he'll be working with him moving forward in some capacity. As for the women's fight ... good to see Cat Zingano come alive as the fight progressed. Miesha Tate ALWAYS puts on a great battle as she has mad heart (win or lose) ... and both of their stand-up technique was SLOPPY in the first round, but rounds 2 and 3 turned it into a great scrap. Those finishing knees from Cat in the 3rd? DAMN.
