The one I'm reading right now is Fung Wan (aka Storm Riders). I buy the books from Amazon though. Was going to try & look for them online but the art is so good I wanted to own them.

been catching up on one piece and the series has been good so far till Nami beat that chic with the spikes in the crocodile arc, I was like wtf, I guess they wanted to give her some camera time not that she needed it but there is no way she should have beat that assassin by herself.
 
anyone think luffy beating crocodile was unfair? The whole luffy using his blood made no sense to me, luffy was out classed and had no chance of beating crock. Crocodile could have easily turned himself into sand and suck allthe moisture out of luffy but didn't

Its been some years since i saw that fight... but the logic makes sense to me. Blood is water based... so it would have the same properties as water on sand...


As far as some of the results of the fights being far stretched.... I agree but its just nature of the beast. Cant have the heroes taking L's all over the place... lol

Wait till you hit the Skypea arc.... talk about worst possible match up... :lol:

Id imagine there is going to have to be a HUGE filler arc coming up. Honestly, Im fine with it.... the fillers are never that bad with One Piece.... unlike Naruto and Bleach(some of the worst fillers ive ever seen)

I had suspected Luffy would have been God's Achilles heel since he was a rubber man but the Mantra thing made God way over powered, but I give that fight to Luffy because the only way God could have beat lufy would have been to beat him physically and that wasn't going to happen

Same here. I don't mind the fillers either, as they actually compliment the story as opposed to some other anime out there. :smh: We won't see Luffy & the rest after the time skip on screen for a while.

Enel is one of my favorite characters based on design and ability...If Luffy wasnt rubber :itsawrap:...I hope Oda encorporates him in the storyline again.
 
So I just finished the white beard arc, god that was a long ass arc. Im some what getting dissapointed with all the similarities between gol d roger and luffy, and it seems they are hinting luffy will probably die in the end because of all the damage to his body using the gears and he lost 10 years after he was poisoned. I hope there is some originality to the ending and luffy doesn't sacrifice himself starting a new era of pirates like rogers did.

Then Ippo goes into the same league as Miyata and they get their awaited match

On a sidenote today I discovered a manga called Tough which got me hooked. Don't let the graphics fool y'all.

Why the hell is Kizaru always around things with the Tenryuubito and fish men?

Im guessing that Kizaru had Arlong beat and let him go.... but why?

Oda is a very good writer,this guy is amazing....I can only imagine how the next 13 years of One Piece will be like....I have a feeling a couple of the current crew members is either gonna die/betray or go solo and start their own crew.


You would think Kishimoto's writing would be up to par since him and Oda got their material from Dragon Ball....:smh::smh::smh:

Not to mention why Bartholomew Kuma a member of the revolution would choose to be a guinea pig for the world government.

The thing about one piece is that everything gets answered eventually, like that story about the whale, I sure as hell wasn't expecting to see that whale anytime soon but they made a good story about it.
 
Yall know of anymore really good from punk to beast fighting manga like History's strongest disciple, veritas, and The Breaker 1 & 2?

EXACTLY!!!! Thats why I love this shit! The attention to detail is something that I try to find in movies, tv shows, comics, anime.... shit every fucking thing. Its just the way business should be done.
