Cutting eating habits and running intervals on the track have helped me the most. Oh and I drink about a gallon of water a day.
i will do meal replacements.. 3 protein shakes a day and a nutrisytem dinner.. i will also be taking.. amino acids, glutamine, fish oil, L-lysin, vitamin c and multivitamin..

then the following week, eat meat and veggies and some carbs on the weekends
