To be completely honest with you fam, her look has nothing to do with why I co-sign her. I was a fan of Bahamadia for Gods sakes.
However, shorty is a really good rapper and brings more to a track then 99.9 percent of the rappers on the radio/tv today. When she is on a track, she brings excitement to the song. You just gotta be open to the fact that it's a female.
I don't feel excited to hear most rappers spit nowadays, because I feel i've heard it all before. With all that being said, no matter the gender, if someone is doing a certain style of music well, then i'm giving them props. And, I don't think anybody is doing it better than shorty on a major level right now.
I ain't gonna lie, I like Nikki Minaj. Her erratic flow is tight to me. It's just different and her shit stands out.

You may be right. Subconsciously, my brain may be playing tricks on my ears. She does look nice whenever I see her. All I do know is she is on a track with Ross, Ye, and Jay, and I anticipate her verse way more then theirs. If you asked me to name a top 3 major label hip hop artist right now, it would be those three.
When I say she's the best, i'm not talking legacy. When you add her song writing abilities, voice(s), cadences, and flows, with the fact that she had one of the biggest singles of the summer, and was featured on the majority of the biggest songs/remix's this summer, she has to at least be in the conversation as of: 9:15 p.m. EST, August 31. 2010.

let me put in my 2 cents. I'm not a nicki fan at all. But she did rock the hell out of this track...and like dude said above...she did outshine everyone else on this track. Her verse on that new trey songz joint wasn't that bad either. But i will still need her to improve a lot more.
