LET's GO YOU BLACK STARS!!!!!

That little bitch Kevin Prince-Boateng wouldn't be playing if Essien was in the team. How can you change countries whom you play for just before the world cup takes place?

I won't be upset with either outcome in this game. I am a black man from America, but an African in my heart and mind. If the US wins, it will be cool. If the Black Stars win, that will be good as well. I'm glad that from this round on there will be a winner in these games. No more draws. Go USA, Go Ghana, either way I win......
Yeah, I heard about that. Can you go in to more detail about how he did that? I know his brother is playing for Germany. I saw him (Jerome) play the other day too...
I admire the USA for their self-belief and fighting spirit. I would also love for 'soccer' to become more popular in the states
Having said that, I am Nigerian and would also be if Ghana won. I really think that the winner of this game could take out Uruguay in the QF

I think soccer (football) could reach the level of hockey here in the US if done right. I don't think it would ever get as big as American football, basketball, or baseball, but that hockey level is possible. In my opinion the way to do that is by showing the best soccer from around the world. You always hear basketball players from over seas talk about waking up at 3am to watch NBA games and being inspired by the players they saw (e.g. Jordan, Magic, Kobe, Shaq, etc.). I think if Americans had the chance to see the best teams, players, and leagues from around the world it would create some interest. I'm enjoying the World Cup, and I have enjoyed the handful of English Premier League games I've seen this year as well. That is high quality stuff right there. I REFUSE to watch MLS because I know it's bullshit. The best of the best are not in that league.
