Kobe has no peers as far as wing players are concerned in his generation so what is your point?
Kobe is a better shooter and probably defender than Wade
C'mon D-Town Rep, no need to troll for laughs. keep it real

This is the same guy that said Lebron is better than Kobe.
Yall in here trippin.
Anybody in here over the age of 30 knows the real deal.
The teams Jordan faced in the finals would murder any team in the league today.
Seattle Supersonics:
Gary Payton
Shawn Kemp
Detlef Shrempf
Sam Perkins
Nate McMillan
C'mon man, that team would have a field day in today's NBA.
Portland Trailblazers:
Clyde Drexler
Cliff Robinson
Terry Porter
Kevin Duckworth
and Jerome Kersey (What'chall know bout Jerome. LOL!)
Again, MURDER today's teams.
Phoenix Suns:
Charles Barkley
Kevin Johnson
Cedric Ceballos
Dan Majerle
Tom Chambers (who'd dunk on anybody)
and Richard Dumas (they were calling him the next superstar...before he got strung out on drugs)
These teams had skilled players.
Today's players are extremely athletic, but lack true basketball skills.
Kobe has never been physically abused and still put up his points. Hard fouls no lay ups or dunks. (The Jordan rules)
Jordan and Pippen in the post eliminated their need for a big man. Kobe has no post up game.
Jordan was a great defender and help defender. Jordan used to make great defensive plays all the time, especially in crucial moments of games. You don't expect the great defensive play from Kobe like you used to from Jordan.
Kobe is a better outside shooter than Jordan was.
Kobe haters are always going to be Kobe haters and there are always going to be 5 players in the league better than him. Im talking about players that cant even get there teams into the playoffs are always better than Kobe.
The point over looked the most. Jordan had no peer. No one even came close. Magic had Bird, Russell had Wilt, Jordan had Barkley, Ewing, Miller. What a fucking joke. Jordan is the greatest but his legend is blown the fuck even more cause he had no real rival. Let's really be real. How great were the teams Jordan faced in the Finals. A Laker team with an over the hill Magic. The Utah Jazz twice. The Portland Trailblazers, repeat Trailblazers.....and the Barkley's Phoenix Sun. Not trying to shit on his legacy but he never really faced his equal. Kinda like Jim Brown running over all them lil ass white boys. He was a step ahead of the evolution chain. I don't think those same Bulls would dominate in today's game. I would guess Jordan would have only about 3 rings in this era over the last 10 years.
This is a bad question
Jordan was not better than Kobe
Kobe is the best of all time. Jordan had help from David Stern. Jordan never won without one of the greatest of all time by his side. Kobe is winning with guys that dont come to play every game. The list goes on and on.
I would like to see how Kobe would deal with the contact that MJ had to deal with. You don't really have any enforcers in the league today. Mason, Oakley, X-Man, Zo, Laimbeer, Malone, etc.
In that '92 series in game 7, I remember Jordan punking X when the Knicks were trying to take Pippen out of his game. I'd never seen Xavier get punked liked that before. He couldn't and didn't say shit to Jordan.
Jordan & X @ 7:18
kobe's nice and all ... but kobe couldn't handle the hard fouls of jordans eraJordan never hit 81. Case closed. If Kobe had Pippen, Armstrong, and Grant...he'd have 10-peat'd by now!
24.."that Kobe number, 1 over Jordan"
Even Kanye knows it...
Jordan had to deal with GOOD defensive teams in his era ... remember kobe was young but he played in jordans era ... here watch AI school kobe

x man was all up in jordans grill we watching the same video ?
Was never a jordan fan when I was younger and didn't understand how great he was. But from what I hear about him he was the best. And I find it hard to imagine a basketball player then kobe (at least in the regular season). So just how much better was jordan then kobe? Is it like comparing kobe to joe johnson? Or kobe to mateen cleaves...
I actually thought about it more after your first post breaking it down a couple of years back or so and then, all of a sudden, Kobe made since to me. From that point on, I just appreciate him for what he is.... Im not making anymore statements about his game... the talent is undeniable, but he is certified crazy on the court..not in the Ron Artest kind of way, but in his own special way
I see a player like Lebron who is too got-damn big to be settling for jump shots and Im like what are you doing Lebron..slash...but I do realize that if a team drops into the paint, he can at times be FORCED to shoot jumpers. This is not an excuse for Lebron..it is a fundamental flaw in his game since he has no post up game or back to the basket game whatsoever.... but then I see Kobe shooting fadeaway three pointers from the corner....and Im likebecause I know he could just as easily just get the ball in the post and get off an easy 10-15 footer because, although not as developed as Jordan by far, he does have a post game...

Everything you said is correct except 1 thing.....Bgol is 18 and under, not 25 and under.
Take 3rd grade English over first of all. It's "THAN" not "then." Damn I can't believe you don't know that. And stop starting dumb ass arguments. Jordan is far better period and this is coming from a Laker fan and Kobe fan. Have you been watching the series? Kobe cannot and never will control games like Jordan does. Jordan has the upper hand on smarts and talent. Stop Posting dumb things like this, you make people in our age bracket look bad.
