Whoever did, it is obviously someone you should listen to when it comes to basketball. LeBron is so far ahead as a player it isn't even close.
The point over looked the most. Jordan had no peer. No one even came close. Magic had Bird, Russell had Wilt, Jordan had Barkley, Ewing, Miller. What a fucking joke. Jordan is the greatest but his legend is blown the fuck even more cause he had no real rival. Let's really be real. How great were the teams Jordan faced in the Finals. A Laker team with an over the hill Magic. The Utah Jazz twice. The Portland Trailblazers, repeat Trailblazers.....and the Barkley's Phoenix Sun. Not trying to shit on his legacy but he never really faced his equal. Kinda like Jim Brown running over all them lil ass white boys. He was a step ahead of the evolution chain. I don't think those same Bulls would dominate in today's game. I would guess Jordan would have only about 3 rings in this era over the last 10 years.

I don't feel like running the whole list down. But the league was GREAT when Jordan played... and he was till by far the best player. Jordan could never take a night off because all of the teams were GOOD. You HOF players that were BENCH players during their prime. Every game was a WAR. Every game.

Skill-wise, he's damn close... and he has the killer instinct like MJ. The main thing that in my mind seperates h KB from MJ is that as far as I can remember, MJ never disappeared in games... Kobe has. Not lately, but I remember a time within the last 6 years or so when Kobe seemingly did disappearing act on purpose to show the team how much they needed him or some shit. I think it was right after Shaq left, but I'm not sure....

I would like to see how Kobe would deal with the contact that MJ had to deal with. You don't really have any enforcers in the league today. Mason, Oakley, X-Man, Zo, Laimbeer, Malone, etc.
In that '92 series in game 7, I remember Jordan punking X when the Knicks were trying to take Pippen out of his game. I'd never seen Xavier get punked liked that before. He couldn't and didn't say shit to Jordan.

Yep. MJ, shoved Pippen away and got into X's grill. Afterwards when X was pushed off by O'donnell, X looked liked he had just been punked. He acted like a pussy the rest of the game. Watch all 10 clips on you tube if you don't have access to it on tape. Check X before and after that incident. I've watched that game no less than 5 times.

I actually thought about it more after your first post breaking it down a couple of years back or so and then, all of a sudden, Kobe made since to me. From that point on, I just appreciate him for what he is.... Im not making anymore statements about his game... the talent is undeniable, but he is certified crazy on the court..not in the Ron Artest kind of way, but in his own special way
I see a player like Lebron who is too got-damn big to be settling for jump shots and Im like what are you doing Lebron..slash...but I do realize that if a team drops into the paint, he can at times be FORCED to shoot jumpers. This is not an excuse for Lebron..it is a fundamental flaw in his game since he has no post up game or back to the basket game whatsoever.... but then I see Kobe shooting fadeaway three pointers from the corner....and Im likebecause I know he could just as easily just get the ball in the post and get off an easy 10-15 footer because, although not as developed as Jordan by far, he does have a post game...
