noone said anything about the unemployment issues wasn't real.

i'm just saying fully asserting yourself in the game will yield results.

meaning..

1. lose the attitude.
2. going by what i see especially in black males, goto an interview properly prepared. be equipped to answer questions. since i usually do the interviewing, i already know what to expect. you can do the same thing. impress them with your on hand knowledge of the company you are applying for.
3. don't arrive 30 minutes early or 1 minute late. 10 minutes early will do the job.
4. even if you submitted a resume, bring 2 extra. two of the interviews i did i was offered jobs for, there were more then one person in the room conducting the interview. that was a plus to them that i was able to hand them both a copy.
5. don't be afraid to talk about your achievements...even at 35 going on 36 i still bring up (when asked to tell them about myself) national honors society....gainfully employed since age 14....employee of month....job performance...
6. look them in the eye and not at your feet.
