I just downloaded it(free version), seems to have some good features.

The name implies that it will speed up your downloads but it never did that for me and I had it for over a year back in 2004 (free version). There might be other advantages to having it, but it wasn't that important to me

Also, it's kind of bloated for a download manager. Takes alot of resources
