I think you might be the only one to immediately ASSUME they would raise a million dollars. And we all SHOULD feel that way.

It don't usually work like that for the black victim.

I wouldn't bet finding my child's murderer on a gofundme

I wouldn't assume legal support funeral costs private investigators having to potentially hire security maybe even move, etc etc etc

That is not cheap by any stretch of the imagination.

So I understand needing the money.

And since this is the first time that family had to deal with this? they don't know the "rules" they just trying to get answers.

I just don't FEEL anything nefarious

It was the FAMILY AND FRIENDS talking about money lawsuits lawyers protests etc

The parents of that dead baby didn't give a sh*t and most time DIDN'T even know sh*t until WELL after.

But experience tells me your doubts or annoyance should be directed at the SITUATION and THEIR CIRCLE

The page says HIS MOTHER ( Christine Wonsley) created it, so that's what all I have to go on.
The most disturbing part of this is that she created the GoFundMe THE SAME DAY HE WAS FOUND
That is NOT normal behavior imo

I know people who create a GOFUNDME the same day or after their loved one is killed but everyone grieves different.

It seems like his mother didn't have life insurance when the majority of people create these GOFUNDME.

The money most black people would look at that gets the most attention when it should be all about justice.

I don't believe this young man is being represented properly with the right team of lawyers.

I do hope them CACs who are responsible for his death get dealt with and justice being served.
