Joe Budden podcast done? No Rory or Mal for 2nd straight episode

cant do it
Flip is too inconsistent (improper improv) and Mel goes away for gigs-
and outside of interviews - no A Mic
Don’t think they need a A mic for that show. That would be the perfect show for Joe to see what works and don’t work. He could use that pod for new hires for the main pod. Ray Daniels, Surf, Wayno, and girl from the Paul Pierce podcast.

That Stephen A shit was corny on live TV. I was wondering if he has some issues at home.

That was seven months ago....seems like you're mad insecure. Stephen A said that in passing as a joke, and a lot of other people were saying it.

and he wasn't even in the studio. It's like checking someone with the police right there.

I don't know anything about this so im taking this at face value.

At somepoint, you said something about myself, my wife or our household that I was offended by. I don't care if I see you 10 years from now. When I see you im going to bring it to your attention so you know not to joke about my family moving forward. You made the joke in public, so I can address you in public. It should end there assuming it really was just a joke. Apologies and move on.

Clearly, they don't have a relationship to joke with them like that. Didn't Stephen A Smith say LeBron should have stepped to him in person ( when he thought he wouldn't). This guy stepped to him in person and Stephen A seemingly tucked his tail. Again, im not saying this should lead to a physical fight or even a disruptive argument, but it is a discussion to be had particularly as men. Not doing this leads to events like the Will Smith Chris Roc slap.

These are two adults on national TV.

He had seven months to do it in person if he really cared about doing it.

and if Stephen A said what are you going to do, how does Stephen A look? People would be saying he was stupid to risk $100 for that.

So you accomplished nothing by poking out your chest.

He should have been checking all those shots from Drake :dunno:

Has he seen Drake in person? What's more commendable? Addressing someone over the net or in person.

Its not about poking your chest. Its about setting boundaries. If you allow this type of behavior, the person may assume you don't have an issue and continue to do something you find offensive. That's assuming it really was a friendly joke to begin with.

What usually happens is people explode after accepting something they don't like too many times and it leads to unnecessary shit ( again Will & Chris). Address the issue and move on.

We already saw what Stephen A Smith would do for the second time that im aware of. Deflect and run from the situation. If Stephen A decides to play tough guy, he has to accept whatever comes with that. In return, if you aren't really going to do anything, you could look foolish.

You'll make the mistake of thinking every is concerned about how the world views them or money. Also, if you are a million who has developed billion dollar companies, im sure you can find other ways to get your point across. You wield the weapons you have at your disposal.

Asking to be respected is not playing a tough guy and we have to move away from the mindset that it is.we also need to stop with the narrative that confronting people will automatically lead to violence. Being an adult means having uncomfortable discussions.
