Can't wait until the Flip vs Mona fight happens

Flip's act don't work without Mel. He's days on the show are numbered

Let me start this with if this was completely real.

I can see both points of view. Marc's is simple enough. If you say that's sucka shit, im with Marc that you are calling me a sucka. Everything has context and there are exceptions to the rule. However, Flip is clearly calling Marc a sucka in this situation.

Honestly, Flip isn't wrong. You can't try to belittle people, insult them and then try to play it like why are you mad or I was just playing especially if you are doing it indirectly. They aren't friends so you shouldn't be playing like this regularly as if you have a relationship. I think he's normally funny but Marc's behavior does come off like bitch shit. And, he's really doing too much.

What i respect is Marc is seemingly willing to throw hands. He clearly knows the rules. If you talk shit, you may get smacked in the face. Marc is saying try it.

The problem with people like Flip and likely Joe is they think educated people are automatically soft. Im positive Flip didn't expect Marc to really want to fight. Marc has also shown signs of being more short tempered than Ish.Not saying Ish would never fight. Just that I believe he has more control over himself even with coming off emotional at times.

The work performance shit. My opinion is if you aren't in management, mind your business. On the Flip side, you can't get mad because someone is a hard worker and is showing that they appreciate the opportunity.

Side note. Flip voted for Trump and if it knew Ish id owe him an apology lol.

Ish shuts down when things escalate (as fellow beige brother, I do it too so i know it well...lol) That doesn't mean you have control over your emotions, that just means that it's not worth it to win an argument all the time. You have to pick and choose your battles...i do find it odd that Drake is one of Ish's triggers though. :smh:

That being said. Marc is going to show and prove one day because Flip is not adding value to the show and that will be Flip's last day on the show even when he gets butt kicked.

I kind of think Flip is partly there for other reasons, so I don't know that he goes anywhere. Long-term favor type deal. I don't know if it's out of respect, loyalty or fear.

Flip's problem is now Joe has Mona and Marc as a backup. In my mind, part of Flips role was to be the funny guy. He never consistently lived up to that part of the job description. People think otherwise, but I believe he does or did bring energy to the show. When it was just Ish and Ice, the pod was kind of dry more often than not. Regardless of what anyone says, Flip added value in the beginning. At somepoint, it seemed like they put a filter on him and he didn't know how to pivot.

Really Marc and Flip do similar shit. Basically fucking with the cast. Marc's way is usually just more subtle to the point of them not catching it in real time.Flip usually has to make a scene. In Marc, Joe got Mel, Flip, Ish and maybe himself. Ice is lucky that Marc isn't as knowledgeable as him with music. Although I don't think he's far removed.

Marc is also the only one who has worked in a professional environment so he carries himself that way. Yet, he benefits from the pod not being professional so he can be more of himself or a character.

For Ish, he's had temper tantrums on air. I get what you saying, but a lot of people who get to this point are fighting or at least breaking shit. Verbal emotional outburst yes, but it still shows alot of emotional control not to go further. I had a man that was similar except he'd want to fight. We knew how to move around him because we knew where it would go. He also wasn't allowed to drink heavily lol. I also have a man like Ish who would be passionate but nothing was going to happen physically.

I think the Drake thing is more so Ish knows Joe and by proxy the room is bias against Drake. If Joe were genuinely balanced in his thoughts on Drake, I don't think Ish feels the need to argue the other side as much.

They must be a NDA or something

Kinda crazy to lose/fire a co-host ... Hire the replacement and act like it never happened...

For Joe, it's probably the best thing to do. He'd end up doing or saying something that would have a back and fourth going that would mostly benefit Mel. My guess is he's trying to avoid the Rory and Mal situation.

Mel could have just been talking about Joe constantly talking about using pills for help. However, what if Joe was supposed to fuck Mel, but couldn't perform. At least not without an ED pill. When they were clowning her for using Ozempic, she shut down Joe really fast once she mentioned his reliance on pills. Maybe that's not the case, but im sure there are other things Joe would rather not come out.

Thats a fair point...Drake and Joe have a weird relationship, but I think Drake killed that when he called Joe a #$@sucka publicly.

After seeing more of what happened before, Marc was wrong. Joe starred it and Jwon(?) Instigated it.Maybe i misunderstood what was being said but end of the day Marc was talking behind the scenes abouts people being let go or their pay reduced to get himself more money. If you do that in my face, I may take it as you are trying to be funny. If nothing else, I respect it because you are saying to my face. Behind my back is bitch shit.

Then Marc doubled down and implied Flip doesn't have a role.

Flip isn't wrong for calling it out or being mad about it. If someone were plotting to get me fired, id have an issue too. On top of that Marc was talking shit only to get in his feelings when Flip said something back. The issue for Flip is 1 the audience doesn't fuck with his performance, 2 they fuck with Marc way more and 3 Flip can't articulate his point well. So even though he's in the right, the general population are going to dick ride Marc.

Again, assuming this is real, i would have cut this out.Joe's not doing Marc any favors by putting this out. Outside of the pod this hurts Marc way more than Flip.
