Diddy has been arrested.

This dude serious saying grounds for his suit is cause she raped him? She didn't tell him she was on her period and then also gave him and STD? So she "forced" you to come out your house, get an Uber or on a train and come there for 8 yrs and you find that as basis for your suit?

Its best he STFU and quietly sued to get some bread. Shouldn't of opened his mouth and removed all doubt of his stupidity.

It's like watching a 10 part miniseries.

This is what you call a real "entanglement" ...so many plot twist in this shit.

Diddy just know he got to walk a thin line now. They will never look at Bohemian Grove like they will look at him. They are making sexual deviance as a black male thing while all the money is steady going to them for being less of a man. Diddy and Ciroc will be forgotten. We do not need a vodka company anyway. But the revolt tv was a good thing.

@REDLINE

Damm it you did have point you mentioned this early.
Yeah I didn't hear about the hiring of women, mind you in didn't follow the case in depth.

But all that I heard about was the men, they were the stars of the show not women.

I know that prostitution's illegal. But the prosecution really recommended 5 years in prison. And Puff's about to spend a couple of years in prison for hiring men to fuck his woman while he watched.

All of this for hiring male prostitutes.

Honestly? I haven't followed the case that closely but I will say this - being a completely rotten human being doesn't help.

Even if it's a jump off a prostitute whatever. You treat people like sh*t?

It's gonna come back to you.

I have heard for decades from good people around Puff he was a bad person. And heard anecdotal stories. And heard from artists partners etc the same.

And nothing I did hear helped.

The video was enough for me. Him lying about it was enough for me. Everything else just confirmed what i already thought.

If that was someone you loved who he stomped out how many years you want?

I can't do that. I ain't a judge.

OJ went to jail for a long stretch stealing back stuff that was stolen from him.

Not murder.

I dont know what justice is.

But I do think he has to / should pay.

Everything that you said about Puff's correct. He's piece of shit, a bad person. Doesn't treat people right, was a bully and a despicable human being.

And I'm not a judge, but I can and will judge a person's actions, behavior and their character.

And although Puff's a piece of shit, a woman beater and some of the women around him said that he's a rapist.

But he wasn't on trial for any of those things. He was on trial for being a Mob Boss and Organized Crime Leader who ran an organization that was crime based.

And most know and understand that that wasn't true.

He should pay for all the bad stuff that he's done, but this trial and the charges weren't about him being a piece of shit and a bad person for the past 30 years.

^^^^ agreed

I dont THINK the RICO fit.

But if they used the RICO to get him?

I'm good with it.

Because based on the responses I've read on here? We got a lot of men who hate the f**k out of women. So it obviously takes ALL this to get any type of justice

And honestly the abuse of #metoo by fake victims ain't help.

He didn't ask to have his name put out there so I can see what he has an issue.

And the fact that Cassie lied has him feeling a certain type of way, especially because Cassie got 20 million.

Since you mentioned OJ.

This case is basically like OJ getting arrested and going through the murder trial. And they find him not guilty of murder, but guilty of a weapons charge because the knife he was carrying was too long.

ummmm... you didn't tear an ACL with that strained comparison extension to my earlier point

but you gonna be out 1 to 2 weeks.

But I guess I get your overall point.

Not really it would be instead of just murder if they charged OJ with Obstruction of Justice and Fleeing from the police. All while not charging his accomplice AC who was the actual driver and lead the police on a wild chase. Its as I he was Corced feared on intimidation played a factor in why he led OJ on a fugitive run.If OJ was found not guilty of the murder but still could face upwards of 5 years for obstruction.

My point wasn't an extension and had nothing to do with your point or your OJ reference.

My point was simply referencing what actually happened in Puff's trial.

In short, the prosecution shot for the stars and had to settle for dirt.

I just used the OJ case as an example because you mentioned it.

Looks like you got CTE trying to understand what I wrote.

O.J. did not commit murder but got involved to protect the one who actually did the murders. It is just surprising that the police know this also. They knew it at the time and his legal team was seriously against him. If it was not for Johnnie Cochran he would have lost the case. But there was no reason to act like we did not know there is no justice for a poor black man but one with money can get some justice for having white privilege.
Diddy just had white money. How he was programmed came with the money.

There's many examples that could've been used, I chose the length or type of knife to show how the prosecution aimed high.

But landed low.

Which is what happened in Puff's trial.

If you really wanted to "Get me", you should've said "But they never found a knife".

So if we saying the same thing why you had to go and add your own special twist on it?

So basically I wrote produced the whole record

and just like Puff

You waltz in at the last minute and turn a couple of console switches and take full credit.

Take that indeed

I couldnt say that because in Puff they found the baby oil. According to the entertainers Cassie provided the baby oil and directions for the act. Was there any toxicology done on the baby oil. Why was it so important to the case.

Bruh, at first I heard reports that there were drugs in the baby oil. I heard a couple of women say that they felt groggy, dizzy and out of it and they thought that it had to do with the baby oil.

We now know that was a lie, because no women were involved! :roflmao:

There was no special twist.

You spoke about how OJ did a long stretch for stealing his stuff back but not for the murder. Insinuating that karma caught up with him and that long sentence was possible justice for the murders.

No extension of your point, no remix and no records were produced.

I simply spoke on OJ's trial but having the same results as Puff's trial to show the ridiculousness of the prosecution and the results.

There was no special twist, I just put Puff's trial in the context of OJ's trial specifically the results to show how prosecution aimed high but the results were low.

My post literally had nothing to do with your post or take on OJ.

Bro I'm messing with you.

This is literally a horrible situation the public is treating as entertainment. And won't give a sh*t about in a few weeks. While families lives are scarred deeply.

I really dont know how to process all this because hearing some people's defense of some of this is jarring to say the least.

Like the jury, I can only defended the chargers that were put in front of them.

It wasn't a RICO, everything else that's said about Puff is most likely true.

Unfortunately he wasn't on trial for those things.

What is your POINT???
I'm confused wtf you talking about now

- They DON'T owe him money, he SETTLED the case
- He didn't pay for the Cassie settlement, insurance companies did

Those are MY points
what are you rambling about?, NOBODY gets what they want in a settlement.
Cassie sued for 30 million, she got 20 million....lol
Most times it's done through private Arbitration

Just someFYI - Jay Z SETTLED the case Bacardi. He didn't "win" it was privately SETTLED
You are treating this like a normal case. Jay sued them, and they settled; they didn't drag it out.

With Puff, they were prepared to go the long way. who then suddenly settled when all the shit came out

It doesn't matter who paid what. If Puff had all these good lawyers, why didn't he pay the 6 million she was asking for?

This whole thing was a power move to show Puff he's a little boy.

Lmfao, OJ did that shit.

Dogz, Puff's case was settled in SIX MONTHS
Jay Z's case was settled in TWO YEARS
LOLOLOL What are you talking about?
If anything Jay Z's "dragged out"

and 6 millions dollars? where did that come from?
She was asking for 30 Million, she settled for 20 million....

I don't get your point dogz.....about anything, respectfully
