Guy sounds like a hate filled idiot. Saying Dave is overrated is a matter of opinion. Saying hes a better actor than comedian is flat out dumb. Corey is a bitter dude whose career has been at a standstill for over 20 years. Guy needs to refocus his energies.

I heard Eddie Murphy say that Dave was great because " he thinks funny" and every since than I've felt that way about him and his Show which had several different peices that made it what it was but I think it was Dave's "thinking Funny" is what pulled it together and the many other roles he's had in movies.As far as his standup goes I've only enjoyed one of his specials but nothing he's done as far as standup goes was rememorable and stood out for me.
Dave might not be everyone's cup of tea but "thinking funny" has help him for decades to come and maybe even make some of those funny thoughts wind up on the big screen.
Cory has carved out a space for him,he's not always right but he's not always wrong either but one thing no one can take away from him is he has the respect of his peers for what he does on that stage.

From what I heard about Dave's issues with Katt Williams I can't say that I agree but Corey Holcomb has the same tired rant against everybody. You're gay, the people around you are gay, the only reason that I'm not as successful is cause I'm not gay, Rinse and Repeat. The reason Corey isn't as successful is because he can't even keep from burning bridges with his friends like Zo let alone anyone else.

If Corey is referring to when Dave is just talking, then yes I agree that isn't funny but I never saw that as true stand up, just a dude who has reached a certain status where people want to see him talk. Dave's actual stand up is funny and I think Dave is hilarious overall. I also think Corey is funny as fuck.

Katt told a lot of truths but the timing off all that was telling, dudes upcoming tour wasn't selling worth shit hell tickets were on groupon & still weren't moving. Now those shits are starting to sell, mainly because folks want to see if he's going to be messy in his show. Most of those folks buying tickets now wouldn't have otherwise (but I guess in the end that doesn't matter because it's still money in Katt's pocket).
