They're gonna get a lot of subscribers since they killed password sharing.
I was one of those people who used someone's password.
I don't watch RAW but a few questions I have ...
1. Since it will be on Netflix does that mean it will return to a TV 14 rating?
2. Will there still be commercials considering its on a streaming platform and not cable TV? And if there are commercials they should structure them to run after a full match is completed instead of during a match.
3. If it indeed has no commercials will the show still be 3 hours.
I really hope this isn't true. The Rainmaker starting in NXT is crazy!
Welp. Interesting to see where they go next. He's one of the ones where I tune him out when he talks. And him with Graves makes him stand out like a sore thumb because he can't balance out what Graves does.
Phenomenal segment....
Yeah, I was hoping for Prime Video too. We have Netflix in our house but only my wife watches it. If it were up to me, it would be cancelled.Damn, was hoping for Prime Video instead...
I personally would have preferred Amazon Prime since I don't watch Netflix but we're already paying for Netflix so no big deal.Reactions to WWE Raw moving to Netflix seem to be mixed online.

Yeah, I know folks stuck in the wrestling bubble think everyone on the planet should know who Okada is but that's just not the case.NXT is perfect for him to start off in. WWE fans don't know who the hell he is. Introducing him in NXT first gives WWE and that audience a chance to become familiar with him. Putting him on Raw/Smackdown immediately would do him no favors.
Nakamura, Finn Balor, Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens started in NXT and I think that worked out well for them.
Damn....I didn't even think of the amount of Cable subscribers vs Netflix subscribers.....
If they can get this kind of deal that would be great.

And only folks in the US watch Raw?The 247.15 million number is worldwide subscriptions for Netflix. They're U.S based subscriptions are 77 Million.
Yeah. This ain't it dawg.
I get it, but that's the thing, WWE is World Wrestling Entertainment. Those numbers are flawed. They're comparing the number of GLOBAL Netflix subscribers to the number of US cable subscribers.
A better comparison would be the number of US Netflix subscribers to the number of US cable subscribers.
For now, RAW will only be available on Netflix in North America and the UK.I get it, but that's the thing, WWE is World Wrestling Entertainment.
Netflix number will more than likely grow a little, plus the added viewership of overseas numbers....
WWE making this move is looking at globally taking over, not just US streams.

Did they actually kill it? People use my account I haven't heard about them not being able to unless they just stopped using it lol. They're gonna get a lot of subscribers since they killed password sharing. I was one of those people who used someone's password.

WWE Raw going to Netflix is great news for AEW in their contract renewal negotiations with Warner Brothers/Discovery.
If they can get this kind of deal that would be great.
