{~}Official 2022-2023 NBA Thread - it’s that time again, this thread coming to a end

Being that he's one of the top players in the league and what Brooklyn did to bring him, Harden and KD together.

With the promise of what they could be if healthy. KD signed, they didn't and thus became free agents with both of their histories. They bet on themselves with their histories.

They could have all done like KD and resigned and then asked for a trade with the new contract a la Dame and Beal
How much you think Kyrie should’ve got?

That team had 10 years to build something

Portland has had shitty management since Dame was drafted in 2012...

The GM, Neil Olshey, who hired the same year, and President were fired 2 years ago...

He should have requested a trade once they hired Buillups for the rebuild...

I'm not sure either, at what cost. Once again a player that can't defend and I saw a trade scenario on ESPN that Included Claxton who Is basically there best big and has some promise, sharp won't cut It.

Not with anything move Clax unless it's for a bonafide young star because imo Clax will be an all star sooner than later

We don't want anything
Just give a few picks to Portland

Wasn't implying giving the Heat any picks.. I don't want to give ANY team any picks.. Especially with how this new CBA is set up. Hitting on a good player on a rookie contract is the setup for a championship. This superstar team switching ain't win shit since the big three and no I don't consider KD going to GS the latter

Honestly they did everything they could under the assumption Dame was staying like he said three days ago.

Don't know what else you could do if your the Blazers at this point
They had 10 years to get him help
He said if they don't trade that pick for help he was gone
