I would love for the pistons to get one of these top coaches, but I feel they gon hire some unknown 3rd tier assistant.
The media should request not to speak to the entire Suns organization and Monty should leave without speaking to the players because them niggas trying to get him fired!

To be quite honest i think this is a blessing in disguise for monty for a fresh start on another team without having to deal with all this drama on the suns anymore.

With coaches it's not just about the past and we've seen that with Bud and now Monty.
It's about the future. Coaches are fired because the organization realizes that it's reached their ceiling and plateaued with a particular coach.
Bud got lucky with the Bucks winning the championship so that gave him a couple more years.
Many factors involved Monty getting fired. If the Suns fought and lost by a few points then he'd still have a job.
The fact that they were down by 30 in the first half, again in a must win game showed that something wasn't working.
Many of us know and feel that Doc has plateaued with the Sixers. If they lose tomorrow I think he's getting fired.
In my opinion they'd have to make a strong showing in the ECF or Finals for him to keep his job.
Anything less than that and it's a wrap for him in Philly.
