Once again Disney outsmarted asshole DeSantis.

Until the Royal line dies out....that is such a fcuk you move. Like you will NEVER get this shyt back!!!!

Is it safe to say they're gonna be moving to Georgia or maybe even a Carolina? The amount of unemployment that will hit that state would be STAGGERING!!! And then to leave him holding that bag of high unemployment, of a whole ass city that basically can't be used, the tourism money that is now gone. Would be the equivalent of dine and dashing at Sublimotion, but leaving your date to take care of the bill!!! "I'mma go to the bathroom real quick can you tell the waiter to bring the check?"

yeah, that’s stupid ass governor got a little strange complex, but fucking was Disney is going to really really fuck him up. Regardless on how you view Disney; their lawyers are top notch
A multibillion dollar company will have the best lawyers on the planet. All Meatball Ron has is trying to appeal to the lowest common denominator.

He's forgotten that the only selling point his state has is the climate. That's it. The problem is there are other warm places in the US that don't have to worry as much about hurricanes.

If Disney ever decides to do Disney World Vegas, it's a wrap for FL.

DeSantis is a moron Disney is one of the biggest employers both directly and indirectly of the state of Florida. He is messing with that relarionship over culture wars.

And he wants to be President :smh:
If Disney packed up and left Florida, it would destroy complete communities. Kissimee Florida is the tourist staying place that's close to Disney. Whoever owns and maintains those properties would be done. He's trying to win the admiration of people that can't even afford to go to Disney World, and will destroy a huge chunk of Florida's economy in the process.

Southwest has the same temperature without the humidity. Florida has Disney, Daytona, and Miami.

MAAAAAANNNNN FUCK THE BOTH OF THEM DISNEY AND DE SANTIS!!!! THEY DON'T SHIT FOR ME AND US AT ALL. HOPE THEY TAKE EACH OTHER OUT!!

Other than a Hurricane every now and then FLorida has the best weather in the country. I would have given Southern Cali if they weren't always in drought, you cant beat Cali having 70 degree weather all year round though.

It has the warmest weather in the Lower 48. Hawaii has a better climate: it's tropical but not overwhelmingly hot. It's rare for it to get to 100° in HI.

It's hard to beat that dry heat of Vegas though. The problem is Vegas kinda has a water problem like much of the Southwest.

Disney Vegas would have to be catered more towards adults/couples. Since Disney is already in Cali, Vegas would cut into Cali's foot traction. If they were to move it would have to be closer to the coast to accommodate those coming from Europe to see America's Disney while not interfering with Cali. Even though France has theirs. Same thing with Cali Disney, even though Japan has a Disney, they still come to our Disney. I think Georgia would beat a lot of other states out, but I wouldn't be surprised if one of the Carolina's snuck that win.

Yeah, a replacement would have to remain on the Atlantic seaboard. The Caribbean isn't a bad idea.

Too much work...today!!! I could see that as a resort where only their money works (don't they have something like that now?) The electrical grid in Puerto Rico wouldn't be able to handle a Disney. Virgin Islands, I don't think has the room for an actual amusement park with all of the resorts that are currently there. Buying up properties and then tearing them down to make an actual theme park. They'd need like 14 other billion dollar movies. But I am a dummy when it comes to how these massive international corporations move.

How do you get accuracy with that? You have a lot of rounds, but it's a pistol grip. Where do you put your other hand?

clip and the grip..is where your hands reside....and for accuracy don't matter...im walking up to my target..and shooting them in the face..brah

keep in mind Tampa to Orlando were literal swamp lands
Disney built the infrastructure in and around Orlando
and Disney built a nuclear power plant
they got the money through financing and selling bonds...

if the "powers that be" would ok it - Puerto Rico's power grid would be just another project

True, but they also had that starting point that wasn't swamp lands and expanded from there. I think the signs would be Disney quietly buying a power company that out of the goodness of its heart comes in and redoes the entire power system at cost. But like you said it is TOTALLY possible and within the realm of possibility. I think the residents of Puerto Rico would have a problem with that as that island is not big. Florida is 10+ times bigger than Puerto Rico and granted Disney isn't ALL of Florida perse, but for a theme park it would take up a tremendous amount of space. You'd have people from all over the world coming to this tiny island. They would just straight up Borg that island. So I still think Resort would be the way to go

Disney could build its own island like UAE. Obviously that's a last resort though.

Hawaii is nice but its far from everywhere and it's also the most expensive state to live in.
