He didn’t do anything to help the prosecution.Fuck all this debating. If you do ANYTHING to help the prosecution's case against your friend IT'S SNITCHING. Also, the only people that should be defending Gunna are his civilian (square) female fans.
I’m an adult who believes this because I have read the terms of the plea as reported. What I don’t understand is why people think plea agreements are not enforceable against the defendant AND the DA.Cases like these bring out the stupidity. People on Twitter saying he didn't snitch, and he doesn't have to testify. Then when they find out he does have to testify if called upon, they respond with, "Well, he can just plead the 5th, and the D.A. HAS to let him go home." There are actual adults that believe this. I see why so many cats go to jail for stupid shit.![]()
I don't think he banked on that court footage leaking online. This cat did some snitching shit I never seen before. So is YSL a record label or a gang? So he say
"Yeah, YSL is a gang" ... they ask, Did Young thug form it and he pleads the fifth?
He hoping people can't follow his Mr Miyagi, riddle like snitching. Cat acting like he didn't help fill out the puzzle for the people.

The prosecutor himself says that Gunna reserved his right to plead the fifth amendment if called to testify at trial. What more does anyone need to understand that if called to testify he will assert the fifth?
And what is meant by the DA will have to let him go?? Let him go from what?? He’s already pled guilty AND been sentenced. Ain’t nothing to let him go from. His case is over. He’s already gone.
In Gunna's case, he already admitted YSL is a gang and if nothing else the things found in the car were not his. The court can still use those statements and in theory bring him back to have him confirm those statements.
6 pages and no CSI on the girl?

The court doesn’t use anything. The judge just calls balls and strikes in a jury trial. Only the prosecutor and defense present evidence. They can’t just play a tape of his plea in front of a jury. He would have to be subpoenaed to testify and if that was done he clearly will take the fifth.
Everyone keeps focusing on Gunna but it’s the other guy who is the danger to YT because he has no right to the 5h at a later trial. His agreement requires testifying at trial.
100% spot on, you cannot get up on the stand and plead the fifth on things that do not incriminate yourself. If he is called to testify he has to answer TRUTHFULLY about things that involve Young Thug ...He cannot plead the fifth. This is part of his plea deal.I think people are not understanding that the 5th amendment can only be invoked if the testimony is self-incriminating. People are subpoenaed every day to give evidence as testimony in trials. The subpoena compels you to tell the truth, if not you are in violation of the subpoena. Can't just sit on the stand and plead the 5th on every question that has nothing to do with incriminating yourself.
You'd be held in contempt. Doing this would likely violate the conditions of dude's plea agreement and back to jail he goes.
The irony of it all, 6ix 9ine is a funny dude lol He said Gunna snitched..
Not understanding how the law & courts workCases like these bring out the stupidity. People on Twitter saying he didn't snitch, and he doesn't have to testify. Cause nigs don’t do crimes to go to jail.. some humans do things without ever considering the consequences.. if people did more victims would be alive or unharmed, more criminals wouldn’t commit crimes or go to prison.. they see only 1 outcome and that’s actions without consequences.. when a diff outcome presents itself they are “shock” and can’t handle what comes with it.. all they saw was victory and now that loss present itself you see how some of them unfold.. this is the reality some humans never thought of and can’t handleThis shit sad af. Aside from all the details of charges, I would like to think we are stronger than this.
How you fold when this is what you chose?![]()
