man wtf is that thing? lol
What is the fucking deal with this gaming generation?
I was active on consoles from the 3rd to the 7th generation and I've never seen a previous generation have this much overlap.
When Kirby's Adventure and Mega Man 6 were released in 1993 and 1994 respectively for the NES, it was a bit of a headscratcher because we were basically at the midway/latter point of the 4th generation. Hell the Japanese were already getting the PS1 and Saturn by the end of '94, rumors about the Nintendo 64 (then, codenamed "Ultra 64") were flying and 1995 was probably the last year of Genesis and SNES being at the focal point of gaming before the changeover. So those NES games (while good games) being released that late was a collective "What the fuck" from us at the time.
We are 2 years in and I'm still seeing the PS4, what is the deal here and I'm wondering if the lingering presence of the PS4 is causing game developers to not develop games to their full potential because they are still have to take into account the PS4.
welcome to the fraternity for realLol, after half-assedly trying to get a PS5 digital for awhile, I finally got serious for this God of War release and snagged one off Amazon.
Now the only decision left is to figure out which system (XSX or PS5) the BGOLien crew will be running on GTA6.
I'm getting old. I keep learning shit about my PS5 the hard way. So, worried about space I bought the disc version of Modern Warfare 2. With the disc, it's an hour download. Moreover, I just found out the disc takes up the same amount of space as a digital download.
There is absolutely no point in buying disc versions of games anymore. They take up the same amount of harddrive space as digital downloads. Moreover, if the disc gets damaged you're fucked. I wish I knew that beforehand.
How are you doing with hard drive space? But the flip side is that you own the disc... Irrelevant to me because I have the digital version which works being a casual gamer.

lol yea own 75mb of data thats all thats on the disc...they dont put the game on disc no more so all the games we buy on disc and if the internet and games ever stop then you will never be able to play off that disc ever...no ps1-some 4 you could but not the ps5 or xbox series games.youre basically buying the licence with very little data on it..But the flip side is that you own the disc... If your Sony account gets banned for some reason you lose all your digital gamesI'm getting old. I keep learning shit about my PS5 the hard way. The disc is just a license at this point. Apparently there is only 75MB of data on the disc that tells the PSN to let you download the game. I still buy physical because I have the ability to lend people games or trade them in when I finish them.I'm getting old. I keep learning shit about my PS5 the hard way.
