The Mavericks was trying to do a sign and trade but the Cavs rejected it. To me,it seems like all the stories that came out about Sexton scared a lot of teams. I blame the organization because they never came out and put the rumors to rest and supported him.
This organization never came out and say anything publicly about this but somehow rumors about Sexton seem to get leaked when it comes to him. This organization has done everything to devalue Sexton,so trams won't sign him but they don't want to let him go.
It's crazy to me that Garland has one good year and he got his money but Sexton is struggling to get his despite being the best player for 2.5 years out of 4 years. What makes it even worse is that Garland is the more injured prone player yet everyone is saying Sexton shouldn't get the money he wants just because he's coming from a meniscus tear.

I see your point and this is coming from a Jordan Fan, if you look at the last dance and all the other vids on the bulls, they didn't get "right" until they started running the triangle. I will say that if Jordan played today, without the triangle and without another superstar on his team, he would be scoring 50, but not winning titles, his mind matured so much as he aged so I'm not sure, but he would need another star on his team. I would love to see Jordan playing with someone like Giannis or Durant...Jordan tell Durant "Get yo ass down there on the block, I got this outside." LOL
Yep, I’m from Jordan’s era too and I said man a lot of the old heads hate on young cats talking about what they’d do but would probably get they ass ran up off the floor. Nobody’s stopping Jordan form scoring in any era but winning it all and going the distance? Man he’d get his ass walked down! He’d definitely need a “pippin” or two, bonifide stars to win it.

To me it seems like everytime the Cavs have multiple good players;they go out of there way to get rid of one of them and have this big "what if" afterwards when that player does well on another team.
This is the same organization that traded Ron Harper for Danny Ferry. And,what made that trade worse is that Ron is from Dayton,Ohio.
