I said something similar in another thread. It's smart DC isn't throwing all of their eggs in the DCEU basket. Things change. Prior to 2000, it was hard to imagine a Marvel film. Since 2008, it's been pretty much all Marvel as far as comic films are concerned.
Things could change and DC could take the lead again but it's good they're not tied down completely to a cinematic universe.

To say DC is trash is shows your evaluation of films is warped. You can have a preference. But, to purport as being objective when you are not is disingenuous.
Look at ot this way. A person can love Fords. But, for that person to say that Chevy is "trash" would be for them to completely ignore the greatness of the Corvette and Camero. Conversely, I person can love Chevy. But for that person to say that Ford is "trash" I'd to ignore the greatness of the GT and the Mustang.

I saw the movie Saturday. I left the movie feeling indifferent. The movie undid Wanda's story arc in Wanda Vision. The entire movie she never mentions Vision. You could say she came to terms with the loss of Vision but they should have used him in the movie. I liked the movie but I also got my hopes up. I was sure Deadpool would have made a cameo. We probably won't see Wanda again until late within this phase.
