Official BGOL Crypto Currency Thread ★★★★★

Question, anyone ever have trouble with crypto.com and their banks not allowing transactions? If so what did you do to resolve it?

It's the Bank not the Fiat Exchange. Let the fraud department know its you. If you don’t do transactions with Crypto.com, KuCoin, etc regularly then the bank will stop the transaction. Crypto.com is legit and they do take the time to do their due diligence to take care of ppl. Most people who complain have not taken the required steps to setup their accounts correctly. Ive sent large quantities of money via ACH or by debit card with no issues for the past 2 years.

Plus that CRO card is a life-saver when you are out of the country with only a $5 ATM withdraw fee into whatever currency you need as long as the foreign bank takes Visa. In a couple years Crypto.com cards are going to be way more common.

that's the erc20 network. i luckily sold 75% of my sait leading up to the vegas launch party, so already made profits.
i have the remainder in bitmart. i wanted to move it to the saitmask, but the network fee is almost half of what I got. fuck that.

uphold is some butt. I’m trying to purchase some XRP but I can’t even get passed the phone verification. Anyone else having this issue? Contact Support is not helping either.

Hackers steal more than $600 million from maker of Axie Infinity

The hackers targeted Ronin, a blockchain service run by the owners of Axie Infinity, which is an online game that attracts around 2 million daily users and sees tens of millions of dollars in daily sales volume. Ronin said Tuesday in a blog post that hackers were able to essentially take control of the network and send 173,600 ethers, worth about $600 million, to an anonymous ethereum wallet. The hackers were also able to withdraw about $25.5 million of USD coin, which is a digital currency pegged to the value of the U.S. dollar.

I was going to go in with them too. Had them on my list of gaming crypto to get.

Wow, I forgot about my $ZIL. I have mine staked on Moonlet. I have 500 reward to claim but apparently they have changed. They used to allow you to claim for free now there's a transaction fee and I dont have enough. I have 35 sitting around doing nothing and it says I need 40 to claim my reward. Cant think of a cheap way to get 5 ZIL to the wallet. Before I was using Godex.io to send ZIL to Moonlet but they have a .05 minimum and I dont need all that.

BlockFi started that bullshit. They were paying 8% APY on USDC and cut it out because they want to be legitimate (obtain a U.S. Banking charter)

They still think the traditional banking model is the way to go and that is foolish. They lost my business because of it and I’m sure many others.
