Whats wrong with milk and cheese?Same scientist who told us drink cows milk and eat cheese.
Nothing if you're a baby cow. Otherwise, it ain't "healthy" as advertised nor was it intended for you.Whats wrong with milk and cheese?

Facts. Dairy products are not intended for human consumption.Nothing if you're a baby cow. Otherwise, it ain't "healthy" as advertised nor was it intended for you.
YesSo people who eat cheese and drink milk are less healthy and die earlier than people who dont drink milk?
Says who? You’re not supposed to starve yourself either. You eat when hungryIt's not about what science thinks. It's about how man's diet was suppose to be. We were never meant to eat this many times a day.
Where is the data?
Stop spreading this bullshit. Do we need dairy products? No we dont because we can get calcium, protein, etc from other sources, but milk is a easy source of those nutrients and can be part of a healthy diet.Facts. Dairy products are not intended for human consumption.
Cinnamon and Apple Cider Vinegar daily, will speed up metabolism, you will lose weight.

Yes.So people who eat cheese and drink milk are less healthy and die earlier than people who dont drink milk?
No. They were scientists and doctors employed and paid by the US government. Farmers were beneficiaries. No .... Them cats been dead and I think they were farmers...not scientist..
Told you as well.Did a scientist tell you that?
I don't know. You the only one mentioning it.Who is to say steak was intended for you?
Prolong fasting (24+ hours) is the way to go.
There are many studies showing the positive affects on the body.
You being ignorant about it doesn't make it any less true.Stop spreading this bullshit. Do we need dairy products? No we dont because we can get calcium, protein, etc from other sources, but milk is a easy source of those nutrients and can be part of a healthy diet.
Really? Just one of millions.Where is the data?
It worked for me. Over time the body does adjust to it though.
That doesn't mean anything. The same scientists discovered the concepts that people use to 'prove' the effectiveness of intermittent fasting.Same scientist who told us drink cows milk and eat cheese.
I think the issue is...
There is still not a formal guideline to do it.
I've seen A LOT of conflicting instructions
How to start/prep before, what you should eat immediately. What I'd you have any suger issues or a heart condition.
The person that presents that in a simple accessible way with formalized guidelines is gonna make a killing.
Yes, you are correct about there not being a consensus protocol from the scientific and medical community. However, it is generally believed amongst dedicated and well-informed practitioners that 24 hours is an excellent basis to derive medium to maximum benefits as ketosis occurs between 12-24hours. Moreover, between the 24-36 hours mark, senescent cells die off via the autophagic process.
Oh I arguing against that.
You misunderstood
I want a fasting for dummies safe set of guidelines.
I think something like that is beneficial for not only legitimizing it but having much more successful results and minimizing skepticism and bad results.

My bad.
I pointlessly intellectualize and debate for no damn reason at times. Haha.
A lot of what I know is from binge watching this guy:
