PlayStation ® PS5

Not even worth it in my opinion.
Limited games and They take up your whole hard drive
I know a couple people that have said the same thing out of frustration from not being able to secure one - understandable human reaction from being on the outside looking in... Don't know anyone that has secured one and have buyers remorse...

Who played MLB The Show 22. How is it? I got it but didn't fire it up yet.

WHAT LEVEL OF HITTING ARE YOU GUYS PLAYING ON MLB THE SHOW 22? SEEMS EVEN THE 3RD LEVEL ALL-STAR IT'S UNREALISTICALLY TOO DIFFICULT. THE SECOND LEVEL SEEMS TO BE MORE REALISTIC AND A FAIR BALANCE. I PITCH ON THE 3RD LEVEL WIHCH IS ALL-STAR.

That's one thing I've hated about baseball games since sliders were introduced, finding that balance between pitching and batting.

Either you're pitching like Bob Gibson in 1968 and batting like Mario Mendoza or it's the reverse and your era is huge and you're batting .875

That's the thing each grace checkpoint points you in the direction to advance the story, but you can't go because you'll die instantly. The game forces you to explore and level up. I constantly be on Youtube trying to see how to farm runes and Smithstones.

I'm at level 71 and it still feels like I haven't made much progress. At one point, I'd have items I couldn't even use because of my stats. I haven't done any real farming yet but I may need to start. At this point. The issue is it takes close to 30000 runes to level up at this point. Luckily I realized powering up weapons and items seems to be slightly more important than leveling up.

The world is so massive that I waste a lot of time just trying to find locations.

Excellent point. It's really difficult to find a realistic balance. Hit on higher levels and your unrealistically hit around .200. Pitch on low levers and you'll be Cy Young. I think hitting at level 2 and pitching at level 3 is a pretty good balance. Try it

Did anyone get that Flaming Hammer in Elden Ring? Also, skip to the 10 minute mark for a quick way for runes. Especially early on in the game. You don't even have to fight anyone. :eek2: :eek2: :eek2: :eek2: :eek2:

The best rune farm I've seen so far is at Palace Approach ledge road in Mohgwyn Palace. You can get there after getting the Pureblood knights medal from the npc you meet at the very start of the game. Use the medal to teleport you to the Palace at any time. There is a crow you can kill by just shooting it with an arrow and some frog/Ant like creatures. The red ants are aggressive but the gray ants will not move until you hit them. Total you can get 55000 runes in 5 to 10 minutes with the gold scrab.

For early game, Agheel Lake North in Limgrave has 5 to 6 giant trolls worth a 1000 each 1200 with the gold scrab. That is not counting the knights and wolfs in the area.staying on the horse will help.

Now how fast and safely you are able to do both will depend on your level, but I used the second farm in between beating bosses and the first is where I'm finally doing my real farming for the next few days. Using the gold scarb and a gold pickled fowl foot will speed up the process.

Also, kind of a spoiler but if you face the Mohg at Mohgwyn Palace you are going to want to find two items to make it easier. One of which I didn't notice I could use until after I beat him. The Mohg Shackle which can be used on him once per fight in the first phase and the purifying crystal tear. Going into the second phase he is going to use an attack you can't get away from that drains your HP and restores his. Again, I didn't use it but im guessing the tear negates that attack.

I played 15 min and said fuck this. Been in the case ever since.

I'm close to 200 hours and level 141. I'm use to dying from playing Sekiro. I don't recall Bloodborn being that bad and I've never played the Dark Souls games. I dont buy games to often anymore but im just noticing usually From Software games are what I'll buy and invest time in. When I buy other games, I tend not to finish them or worse case never really started playing them.

That's commitment right there... I'm making sure with my PS5 whatever games I buy I platinum... So far I'm 3 out of 6... Swore off of sports games, but saw 2k for $19 last week so I scooped it... So right now my rotation is Gran Turismo, 2K, and Red Dead... Platinum w/Miles Morales, Spiderman, and Ratchet & Clank

How's everyone liking the baseball game? Hitting is too unrealistically difficult. You have to mess with the sliders. No matter what level you hit on.
