The "denazification" mission wasn't supposed to last this long nor go this poorly so they are all out of talking points. I see why this is so difficult for you to understand…you only wanna focus on a brief period in time, while any country, including Russia, has to assess threats over the long term….you don’t wait for the threat to form an alliance, you do it beforehand….which is what a former superpower, who lost to NATO attempted to do.

In reality, the war between Russia and the West never ended. Russia NEVER would have gotten or even wanted in. Everybody knows that. Its a laughable idea. Why would they want to enter a union and be dictated to by their worst enemy? Russia is a nuclear power and proud to a fault, the only country they've ever considered a threat since WWII is the U.S.
