I haven’t had a booster and I didn’t catch COVID until almost 5 months after my 2nd shot to be fully vaxxed. Was sore for a couple days and fine. I know people who haven’t been vaxxed and they fine. I don’t gettin vaxxed but I think the constant push for boosters to the tune of quarterly is a little extreme. Like someone said I think giving our body time to adjust isn’t a bad idea. My main issue is that I wish they would push healthy lifestyle like diet and exercise as hard as they do vaccines.
