How da fuck you gonna make a privately owned company do that???

Oct 2 (Reuters) - Former U.S. President Donald Trump asked a federal judge in Florida on Friday to ask Twitter (TWTR.N) to restore his account, which the company removed in January citing a risk of incitement of violence.

Trump filed a request for preliminary injunction against Twitter in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, arguing the social media company was "coerced" by members of the U.S. Congress to suspend his account.

Twitter and several other social media platforms banned Trump from their services after a mob of his supporters attacked the U.S. Capitol in a deadly riot on Jan. 6.

That assault followed a speech by Trump in which he reiterated false claims that his election loss in November was because of widespread fraud, an assertion rejected by multiple courts and state election officials.

Twitter "exercises a degree of power and control over political discourse in this country that is immeasurable, historically unprecedented, and profoundly dangerous to open democratic debate," Trump's lawyers said in the filing. The filing was reported earlier by Bloomberg.

Twitter declined to comment on the filing when contacted by Reuters.

At the time of removing Trump's account permanently, Twitter said his tweets had violated the platform's policy barring "glorification of violence". The company said at the time that Trump's tweets that led to the removal were "highly likely" to encourage people to replicate what happened in the Capitol riots.

Before he was blocked, Trump had more than 88 million followers on Twitter and used it as his social media megaphone.

In the court filing, Trump argued Twitter allowed the Taliban to tweet regularly about their military victories across Afghanistan, but censored him during his presidency by labeling his tweets as "misleading information" or indicating they violated the company's rules against "glorifying violence".

In July Trump sued Twitter, Facebook Inc (FB.O) and Alphabet Inc's (GOOGL.O) Google, as well as their chief executives, alleging they unlawfully silence conservative viewpoints.

Bannon fires up 'shock troops' for next GOP White House
The former adviser to President Donald Trump spoke Wednesday night to a new association of Republican presidential appointees in Washington.

"If you’re going to take over the administrative state and deconstruct it, then you have to have shock troops prepared to take it over immediately," Steve Bannon said.Sylvain Lefevre

WASHINGTON — Scores of former Trump political appointees gathered at a GOP social club Wednesday night to hear Steve Bannon detail how they could help the next Republican president reconfigure government.

"If you’re going to take over the administrative state and deconstruct it, then you have to have shock troops prepared to take it over immediately," Bannon said in a telephone interview with NBC News. "I gave 'em fire and brimstone."

Bannon, who ran former President Donald Trump's first campaign and later worked as a top adviser in the White House, said that Trump's agenda was delayed by the challenges of quickly filling roughly 4,000 slots for presidential appointees at federal agencies and the steep learning curve for political officials who were new to Washington.

He is not alone in that view. His appearance at the Capitol Hill Club came at the invitation of a new organization called the Association of Republican Presidential Appointees, which was formed to create a resource for future GOP officials tapped to fill federal jobs.

"There are so many statutes and regulations as well as agency and departmental policies, it can be very overwhelming when you first come in," said Jeffrey Scott Shapiro, a former Broadcasting Board of Governors official who is one of the organizers of the group. "This is an organization that has a very narrow, clear and much-needed purpose, and, once it is operational, I think it could do a lot of good not just for the Republican Party but for the country."

Trump often railed publicly about career civil servants and Obama administration political appointee holdovers whom he saw as obstacles to his agenda, referring to them collectively as the "deep state."

Bannon said he wants to see pre-trained teams ready to jump into federal agencies when the next Republican president takes office. For the most part, that means the tiers of presidential appointees whose postings don't require Senate confirmation.

"We’re going to have a sweeping victory in 2022, and that’s just the preamble to a sweeping victory in 2024, and this time we’re going to be ready — and have a MAGA perspective, MAGA policies, not the standard Republican policies," he said, referring to Trump's "Make America Great Again" slogan and describing a 2024 electoral victory as a "second term."

The launch party Wednesday drew a crowd of roughly 200 former officials from multiple Republican administrations — though mostly Trump appointees — according to a person who attended and is not one of the organizers of the group.

Shapiro said organizers are still trying to determine who will lead the association, but he said the need for institutional memory is apparent.

"What we’re hoping to do is build a base of people that can be available as a support system for political appointees who are coming in for the first time," he said. "It’s easy, if you know the rules, to accomplish your objective."

Florida man sues Twitter in a desperate bid to post again

Donald Trump is claiming his permanent ban from the private company's social media platform is illegal censorship.

The kids are on his lawn, and he damn well needs to tweet about it.

Former president and Florida resident Donald Trump is suing Twitter in an attempt to get his account back, reports The Verge. The lawsuit, filed Friday in the Southern District of Florida, seeks to grant the failed blogger immediate temporary access to his account while he continues to pursue a larger fundraising effort disguised as a legal broadside against tech giants like Twitter and Facebook.

Why don't he just create a burner account?

That muhfucka would forget it's a burner and out himself

Trump isn't trying to start out with zero followers, besides he wants people to KNOW it's HIM. It's not about him interacting with people on the platform or using it as a tool to stay informed. He wants retweets, likes, and for people to take actions based on his insane rants and for the news media to cover it.

As long as things stay quiet from now to the election, Many democrats' will win. People have no memory of what happened last week.
But many people do remember what an ASS trump was & as long as he keeps shouting in the news, republicans will lose what they thought were easy elections.

I want to know if it's one of the judges he appointed. You know he expects his appointees to toe the line.

But this clown motherfucker and his antics are nothing compared to what the reichpublicans are actually DOING. They are passing law after law repressing voting and turning the education system back to the Stone Age.

The Fourth Reich is determined to burn this country to the ground and rule over the remains.

He's testing the waters and gauging the atmosphere to see which legal system might still be in his corner. Making a run for office the second time won't be as easy as the first time. He fooled a lot of people the first time, won't be a cake walk this time.

his presidential statements aint cutting it he needs his mega phone back in order to runn again but,,its whats his niece said the walls
are closing in on him the now as the worlds see's him for what he is...a desperate con-man....trumps only has another full month before
cy vance leaves office and he's trying his best to get ahead and warn this nations stupidest of whats coming...the victim he loves to play...

He had some bangers. No one should ever know the inner workings of the President's thoughts. That dumb nigga was funny af.

Just insanely stupid. The shit he tweeted about, the time of day (4 in the morning), and the pettiness levels was wild as fuck. We got 4 years of that shit. EVERYDAY there was something he was doing.

Mofos going to revisit this shit in history and think it was a sitcom.

I was saying this all last year……….the future examiners of history are going to think we were all idiots during this time period.

I have been doing alot of research into the subject, I should have put out a book; based on my analysis the election could have been stolen. I used to think it fantasy thinking, he was going against some powerful evil forces that coup him from power.

None of the athletes wanted to visit a staunch domestic manufacturing president because it would have been a death sentence. You see what they did to the last athlete that endorsed one of these companies, Magic Johnson with Converse that used to be made in the U.S.; somehow they infected him with HIV. Easy E attacked Dr. Dre and he mysteriously got HIV. Suge Knight tried to approach Dr. Dre and he is in prison. There could have been something done to the election based on my analysis.

The tech industry is also linked to this mess whether they manufacture or not (Twitter, Facebook), it is no surprise he was banned. Imagine getting a new phone without Twitter with a rival competitor installed.

1. HP
2. Dell
3. Apple
4. Clothing/Apparel
5. Nike
6. Under Armour
7. IBM
8. Motorola
9. Polo
10. Netgear
11. Routers
12. Microsoft
13. Amazon
14. Walmart

You are talking trillions of dollars in market cap where products are made somewhere else but headquartered here selling for premium prices. They can be bought overseas and sold at retail for premium prices. I had one of these retarded companies put a hurting on me.

I just wanted to give a taste of the mental deficiency I am dealing with on a regular basis. This extends into the clothing industry, American Apparel, the company founder was a serial predator at work with women, again this retarded branding of domestic manufacturing as evil or having a disease.

I hate the feeble minded with a passion and when I see retarded shit, I just go off and want to use violence against that person. These people should not be in any position of power. There is alot more to this story than January 6 riots, there is a dark evil retarded force lurking in the U.S.

Trump was the first president in 50 years to take a hard position like this, and he got infected with AIDS/COVID-19. I am not cosigning him, but we can learn alot from his presidency.
