Vaccination is not a cure all. Its suppose to minimize the associated risks of Covid. I never heard anyone say that it protects 100% from getting it. If it can minimize my chances of getting it, along with reducing the symptoms if I should get it, then its a win win imo. Again, I know that everyone will not share that opinion and I have no problem with those people. Everyone should listen to the information and make the best informed decision for themselves that they can. Its that simple to me.

I do not believe that the vaccine is a 100% proof against getting Covid. I do believe that it reduces my chances of getting it and if I do get it, it can reduce the symptoms. That is why I got the vaccine. I still wear my mask, I still social distance, I still sanitize my hands and foreign objects. I take all the precautions to reduce or minimize me getting it. I like breathing on my own without the help of a ventilator. For the record, I also play the lottery. Not because I think Im going to hit, but because I know that if I play I have a snowballs chance in hell and if I dont I have no chance at all.

People try to show that the science has been around which is likely a valid point yet injecting it into humans was not part of it. Truth be told….these times are the trials.

You can also think about it this way -

If Trump was so into Big Pharma, don't you think he would've found a way to be in cahoots with them so that he can make money on the sly with them and pushed for vaccinations? This way, his base could be vaccinated, and he could take credit for saving lives. He is all about the money, right?
