I hear you, I think maybe the relationship\love has to be strong between the two. Meaning that no matter what it’ll be them two in the end.

But I don’t necessarily believe that the people are strong or stronger who do participate in that lifestyle than those that don’t participate in the lifestyle.

Right. Makes perfect sense. Some things just aren't for some folks and you can't force it but being with someone faithfully makes you strong as hell without all the extra stuff.
