Random shit of the day.. (This has to be one of the most forfiling feelings ever) Has this ever happen to you?

My moms used to play a song to me when I was around three. Never knew whose song it was; the name was barely remembered how it went. But one day I randomly heard the song and I was like, holy shit, that's the song.
This is the song.

Yhe thing that jolted my memory of this song was a mushroom trip where a lot of subconscious memories of my mother where uncovered.
But when I had the tune of the song it was almost impossible to tell the name of it or who sang it.
I knew my Mom's was into Mariam Makeba do I played her station on Pandora snd when yhe dong finally played it was like scratching a itch that has been itching you gor weeks.

I've had maybe 3 incidents in my life where I knew of a song from my childhood but had no idea where to look for it because I don't remember many lyrics and had no idea who the artist was. I would look randomly over the years and eventually I did find a couple. Here's one that took me forever to find:


But what really bothers me is when I hear a song in a movie and not be able to find it anywhere because it was written specifically for the movie but not included on the soundtrack. There's a song from Sprung that I've been looking for, for over 20 years!

Recently found a movie on Tubi called Incomplete. There's a song on there I've been looking for all year. Still can't find it!
