Bringing up the Inhumans about Marvel is like bringing up the Wizards talking about MJ to a Bulls fan, it never happened.
Yeah, but Agatha said she could have brought Pietro back, and it seems she made a new vision out of thin air using the mind stone abilities.
I just hope they let Shuri reinstall her copy of vision into the white one. It won't love wanda, but it also wont be a fucking drone.
Witches are just humans (and other creatures) that learned to do magic. Remember, the Ancient One said that anyone can do magic.
What Wanda is first & foremost a mutant (although they haven't said that yet), with her mutant power kicking in once that Stark missile was seconds from blowing up. Most mutants powers activate that same way.
The second thing is that she is basically an idiot savant manipulator of chaos magic. To the point that she doesn't need items or spells to focus the magic, it just naturally comes to her. Notice Agatha needed sigils, wands, strands of hair, etc. to work her magic. Wanda just loses her temper...LOL.
The whole point of Agatha putting her through all of this is because she couldn't believe how powerful Wanda was without any "witch" history.
Another thing I think everyone really missed is that Wanda might have reconstituted the Mind Stone. Earlier, she stated that she couldn't "feel" Vision when she was around his body. Previous movies showed that they (Wanda & Vision) had a bond where they felt each other all the time, like soulmates, due to the Mind Stone. When she went to Westview & released all that grief, she basically pushed the mind stone (which was reduced to atoms) back together (by warping time/space (notice how the tornado around her when she built the house is just like the Aether & Thanos' teleportation portals, just red) & formed Vision's body from it.
It would explain why she can't control Vision at all. Because the real Mind Stone is in his head.
Episode 9 is gonna be amazing.
This is the best breakdown I've seen anywhere. They really did make the point of showing her gaining her abilities at the age they would've manifested.
I thought I was the only one who thought Mike Colter was an aesthetic fit for Luke Cage, but he was very limited an acting range. I don't know whether it was him or the material he had to work with. Sometimes it's difficult to discern one or the other

What JK Rowling did with Harry Potter is similar to what happens with the Scarlet Witch. Powers in most mutants just like witches are "borne" either from puberty or a traumatic event.
Between seeing her dead parents and seeing the Tony Stark missile that didn't go off possibly by her own power, that was the onset of her powers
If you say so, a failure is failure especially given it was supposed to play a bigger role. Marvel isn't undefeated and Inhumans is the chink in the armor.
I would throw Iron Fist on the failure list but I'll give it a pass. At least it had two seasons.
When Thanos destroyed Vision he only killed the body, Visions power is from the Mindstone but his persona is JARVIS - Just A Rather Very Intelligent System. Since Jarvis is Data he can be uploaded to any synthetic body and have the same personality but not the power. Episode 6 Vision body couldn't survive outside the Hex, meaning he was manifested by Wanda and not physically real, I'm not sure why a lot of the reviewers didn't know how episode 8 was going to play out especially knowing S.W.O.R.D had Vision's body disassembled. Episode 9 should be good.
I remember watching an older YouTube breakdown where they said wanda and pietro had latent powers and the experimentation with the mind stone fully unlocked the powers.
I like how they showed her initially exposure to the stone not killing her which showed she was already powerful since the stones have killed normal people just from touching them.the
Wanda mentioned in Age of Ultron that the 2nd bomb didn't work.

It's possible that someone in Wanda's lineage-either paternal or maternal is a witch. Her powers are possibly inherited like Samantha (Bewitched) Stevens or Halliwell Sisters(Charmed).
I heard someone suggest on a YouTube channel the other day that they may retcon 'The Inhumans' as being an actual TV show in the MCU.

I could be wrong but it was already considered a part of the MCU. I know that was the plan when it was originally planned for theatrical release as a part of phase 3.
They could and probably will retcon it, but I was under the impression the only reason the Inhumans were introduced was because Marvel couldn't use Mutants. Not saying there isn't a purpose but it may not be a priority because of the Mutants.
I've never watched the Inhumans or Agents of Shield so I'm not sure how either fits into the overall MCU.
the latter is a side story for Colson and introduces other lesser known heroes and villains, it's connected to the MCU. Ignore Inhumans.
I agree with most but Feige said the Infinity Stones were destroyed (technically reduced to atoms) and are not coming back... (Can't find the interview)

I think Marvel is taking the Stones out of play so they don't rehash the Infinity Saga... Because as long as the stones are around you run into the a new villain chasing the stones again....

MulticulturalJoseph - Finale predictions: DS arrives, rescues Monica, recognizes Fietro, breaks the hex, he rescues the kids. Cue WhiteVis v. WandaVis and Agnes/Wanda v. DS. DS defeats Agnes, snaps Wanda out of it. Monica uses her powers to intervene in Vis fight, hurts WandaVis by accident, WhiteVis kills Fietro and WandaVis. Agnes reveals the kids as being magic, kids go poof, Agnes escapes, Wanda loses her shit, whispers some shit, hex expands, DS protects himself, Woo and Monica as everything changes permanently. Cue Fassbender/Molina cameo. Roll credits.
Spitballing but I think it’s ultimately about Wandas tragic downfall as opposed to her being the hero.
DS2 will redeem her, fix her chaos magic.
Steve4192 - One possibility in the finale is that we will see a face-turn by Agnes. In the comics, she's not a hero but she is hero-adjacent. She's a not a 'villain' by any stretch of the imagination.
EasyTapper - Another issue with this is the fact that the SWORD Director doesn’t seem to be a fan of “enhanced humans”, so there’s not really an avenue to involve Strange. I agree that it’ll be more of an end credits type of thing, or him coming in after Wanda fucks up EVERYTHING!
W347 - Interesting to see Agnes the witch who studied and practiced to learn her powers operates next to Wanda who seems to be a natural pro. Can or will Agnes teach Wanda to control her power?

- The car Wanda was driving had a license plate that said Excelsior (a la Stan Lee)
- The blinking light on Stark bomb was same as Stark toaster's

not really...I thought logan was a stand alone story....something made to cap hugh jackman's tenure with the character. You shouldn't have to explain or rewrite anything to bring in new actors for the characers.

A new actor could work with the multiverse theme. But using Patrick Stewart would be too confusing to the casual viewer.
If its a casual viewer then I wouldn't think they would be paying attention to continuity to that degree. The issue of that pertains more to fanboys going YOU CAN'T DO THAT!

This is good as far as it goes but there are a few things I think aren't right.
We saw Wanda created Vision from scratch, no mind stone involved, in fact, he's only a product of her mind - as we were shown. Why is he able to see things aren't right? Maybe she gave him some independence but we've seen no evidence that a stone is in play. In AOU, Vision invited Wanda to scan his brain, so to speak, so we know he had some activity in there.
Also, SWORD has Vision's body and they've deconstructed and reconstructed it "a million times" so if a stone was there, they'd have it and it wasn't on the white Vision.
Remember, the Vision in Westview is just a construct of Wanda's mind, the corporeal Vision is in SWORD's facility.
Agatha mentioned Pietro's (A. T-J) body was on another continent and bullet-riddled, hence the Fox Pietro.
Like most things Marvel, I have to watch this shit half a dozen more times to really see wtf is going on. Good analysis of the witch aspect tho.
