bruh, the guy you built this entire thread around bought property I'm guessing with cash, since he made it a point about not being debt. if you are using him as some sort of litmus test, you can't have it both ways. Either we are all struggling to get by in which case a large majority of black folks can't do what he did or a large majority of black folks are capable doing what he did, buy property and build a house.
So I misunderstood the fact he bought property down south, with cash because his wife felt that it was a good way to go off grid(his words I believe).
